The only interest MOST people have in Dannielynn is her safety and welfare. Anna was a has been by the time she died and Dannielynn is nothing more than a commodity to Larry and Howard.

An American in Dairyland posted a link similar to what I was referencing, so I wasn't going to respond but I thought I should make clear that I did not mean to imply that Ron Rale, himself, had used the word 'dead', sorry if it came out that way :(
here's the article I was referring to, that calls it a 'status hearing' [this is the 'administrative hearing' I was trying to recall :) ] HK's legal team challenged the constitutionality of the coroner's jury process. In order for an inquest to proceed, the Bahama Supreme Court must determine whether to entertain HK"s challenge - so it's not just waiting for a replacement for Gomez, but also address the constitutionality issue.
As I understood it, there were two issues to deal with before an inquest could happen: a) Can Gomez remain seated as the judge (have since learned on July 17th Gomez was not to continue), and, b) Bahama Supreme Court would need to respond the underlying question before jury selection - that is, is not being able to question/exclude jurors (current Bahama law) unconstitutional as HK legal-team is arguing, requiring a change (amendment?) to the Constitution of the Bahamas (and then, of course, whatever has to be done to 'rewrite' their Constitution and the time that would take, IF it is agreed that the process is 'unconstititional'.
Additionally, should the Bahama Supreme Court refuse to hear the matter, or refuse to amend their Constitution, HK can then appeal to the Crown of England, which, (i THINK) may then involve British Parlament. :

Well, we know that ANS sent an email to BT (Shelley? cant recall right now) 3 days prior to her death saying get these things!, basically, and thank goodness he did ! I think without the 'clown video', there wouldn't have been as deep a digging for drug shipments as there was. but I'm still trying to figure out how ANS's pink computer apparently got onto LB's moving truck in LA??! If it was in the Bahamas, when did it get stateside and if it was in the Studio City house, why did it get onto a moving truck?
I seem to recall a RR interview where he said he had an 'aunt ethel' in the studio city area??? Howerd's mother's name isn't ethel is it?
Do we KNOW absolutely that Anna sent an email to him to get the stuff out of the house? I don't remember that at all.

(it's my speculation that, armed with those emails), he managed to convince the Bahama magistrate to allow him to enter the house, with police escort, and was getting these items when Polit Pol's 'wife' arrived on the scene, and was jumping up and down whining he had to wait (half an hour?) to get into the house. (DL had already been removed from the house at that point)

RR’s “Aunt Ethel” was said to live near ANS’s previous house on Hartsook. Rale said in “N Hollywood.”
ANS’s address was actually in Valley Village, but all those municipalities overlap each other. Stern grew up in Sherman Oaks, so Rale must have, also. Later RR’s family has been in Woodland Hills.
I wonder if his aunt is on his mother’s side. There aren’t many Rale family members - the name is shortened from a longer one, but I don’t know how far back in his lineage (at least the most recent 3 generations have been using it).
Maybe her maiden name was Siegel, if she’s on the maternal side. I wouldn’t be able to easily find her married name if she has one, tho. There is an Ethel in Encino who is the right age and who has lived in Woodland Hills and Sherman Oaks - but it would be a married name, not maiden - unless she never married or always used her maiden surname.
Disappointing news - Rebecca Danvers - the delightful bulldog over at Questionablebehavior.com (previously ishowardksternamurderer.com) has packed in her pen on the Anna saga.
I surely will miss her stuff - she scooped up the dirt so deftly.

Six Months After Anna Nicole’s Death, Stern Says Bahamas Is Home

If her 20-year-old son Daniel Wayne Smith were alive, Howard K. Stern says there is no doubt that the late Anna Nicole Smith would be alive today.

Mr. Stern, who was Ms. Smith’s lawyer, and later her lover, is staying in the million-dollar Eastern Road mansion the two shared before the model/actress died in February, and says he will not leave Ms. Smith and her son Daniel here alone.
Daniel Smith died in September 2006, just three days after his little sister Dannielynn was born to Ms. Smith at Doctors Hospital. He was buried at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery.
Speaking exclusively with the Journal from the waterfront mansion, known as ‘Horizons,’ Mr. Stern ruminated on what effect Daniel’s death had on Ms. Smith.
“That changed life forever,” Mr. Stern said.
“Daniel was Anna Nicole’s reason for living. Daniel was more than her son. She had Daniel when she was very young and he was literally her whole life. She used to say that he was her whole reason for living, and he was the difference between her and Marilyn Munroe,” he said.
“So when Daniel passed away, it changed everything.”
Mr. Stern said it would be an understatement to say that Daniel was “a huge part of my life or Anna Nicole’s life.”
“She overcame everything in her life. She’s had a lot of different battles in the past, but I truly believe that losing her son was the one thing that she couldn’t overcome. She had nightmares literally all the time,” he recalled.
“There’s no question in my mind that if Daniel was alive Anna Nicole would be alive today.”
After a protracted, often bitter court battle, Ms. Smith’s remains were shipped from Florida, where she died suddenly of complications due to drug interaction, to Nassau, and she too was buried at Lakeview.
Mr. Stern also explained why he chose to stay in The Bahamas, where he said he’d eventually apply for permanent residency.
“When she passed, I obviously had a fight to bring her back here to her son, which is where she wanted to be buried,” he said. “I’m not going to leave them here alone, and also the people have opened up their arms to me since she passed away.
“I think the people of The Bahamas are wonderful, with a couple of notable exceptions, but I think there are ulterior motives to that. I want to stay here, and right now I’m not a (permanent) resident so I go back and forth, but eventually, if the people of The Bahamas would accept me, I do want to stay here permanently.”
He reiterated that Ms. Smith had come to The Bahamas to escape the media circus. That goal was achieved, he said, until word of Ms. Smith’s pregnancy leaked out.
“We’d go to Poop Deck [Restaurant] maybe once a week to eat. Anna loved it here. She absolutely loved it here,” he said. “Anna loved the people of The Bahamas and this was going to be her home. No doubt about it, she considered The Bahamas her home.”
Mr. Stern said that when Daniel died, “a lot of people really came to Anna’s aid.”
He also defended the Gibson clan, which he asserted was “very good” to him and Ms. Smith, shielding them from the press, and taking them out on King Eric Gibson’s boat when it was the only escape.
“I feel bad, and I know Anna would feel horrible about the way that the media – even the local media to some extent – treated Shane Gibson after Anna passed, and even before she passed,” Mr. Stern said.
“I know firsthand that the accusations against him are not true. He essentially was punished for being a good Samaritan.”

I read a few of the comments on TMZ and had to laugh. I recalled back in March when I was kinda standing out in a field alone questioning LB’s motives and involvement and tearing his timeline apart. Seems that, in spite of my very intentional absence these past few months, a deep dislike has been growing for him because of his behavior - some of the comments are quite vitrolic!
I really was almost surprised that he was out again, trolling for paparazzi, after his performance on Larry King where he made it sound like it was so horrible that he had to ‘take time away from his daughter’ to go on a talk show..I sure hope DL doesn’t see him with all these women! (but of course she will) Looks to me like he’s trying too, too, too hard, to ‘prove’ he’s not gay.
I wonder if it registers with anyone in LB’s crowd, that he only has ‘temporary’ custody and ‘temporary’ guardianship of her estate....Without Opri by his side to keep that pink frosting fresh, he’s starting to look a little more like a back-woods grifter, using his child to get photosession contracts, where she’s the prop and he’s the ‘star’, collecting the fees to party at Mr. Chows with his ‘posse’, while babysitters raise his child.
The way I see it, Virgie Arthur is DL’s last chance at a half-normal life.

There is a fortuitous Hollywood solution to this conundrum. The late Anna Nicole Smith’s beloved sperm donor, Larry Brikhead and Britney should combine their households and talents....to effectively take out the media middlemen. Brikhead takes care of the children and photos of Mom...while Mom is free to slide into a drug induced happy haze.
Brikhead has a very close friend, Howard K. Stern, an accomplished attorney who has a knack for eliminating unwanted family members, law-suits and annoying probate judgements. In addition, Mr. Stern can capably manage any non-career in a superb, physician-supervised, medically enhancing fashion. If anyone has a problem with that - Mr. Stern’s battalion of attorneys is prepared to file suit against all members of the general public and anyone else who believes there is such a thing as free speech or public opinion!
