I read the letters to day from Opri's lawyer to LB's lawyer giving LB an opportunity to retract the statements he made on LK accusing Opri of passing info to Rita...said he saw it. Well, we now know that Larry cannot be trusted or believed. We've caught him in too many lies! Anyway, his lawyer, Michael Trope declined, and then TMZ said he fired a funny salvo, as follows:
If your client should take the ill advised action of filing a defamation lawsuit against Mr. Birkhead, he would, however, like her to avoid the expense of hiring a process server to deliver the complaint. I have Mr. Birkhead's authority to accept service, by mail, of any defamation lawsuit, should one be filed. I imagine this has to do with the bill Opri sent LB, but Trope wasn't his lawyer then. I believe he has aligned himself with lawyers who are associated with HKS or RR since he and HKS have become buddies, but 'didn't make a deal', even if they have one anyway!
This struck me as completely unnecessary, and his attempt to insult Opri shows him to be an asinine smarta**. Opri's lawyer had not addressed the letter to LB. It was addressed to M. L. Trope, Esq., and was sent by Fax and U.S. Mail. It seems to me that not only is the character of HKS, LB, KE, RAR, questionable, but just about everyone who associates with them has a stench about them. Have you noticed how uncouth and rude they are?

Larry Birkhead arranged such a classy party. NOT! HAHAHAHAH! His trailer park roots showed.
Somebody even upper lower class would have realized how tacky this party is. But this is small stuff compared to the nasty side he is too stupid to hide.
Why would he invited Howard Stern and Khris Eroshevich to a kiddie party? Did his subconscious desire the same end for Dannielynn as for Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith? All he needed was Dr. Kevorkian and Arlan Specter to make it a really fun party.
More on Larry Birkhead a little later. Some lawyers believe Larry just might have reason to really worry.

If there is something to cover up in the two deaths, and if Larry knows something, he will be looking over his shoulder since he is the weak link. So many already dead, and no honor among thieves.
As has been stated in above posts, he and Howard Stern have no case against Rita. There might, however, be a counter-suit for filing a frivolous lawsuit or making threats that at the least will keep them busy.
Grandparents have won cases regarding visitation. There is also a precedent in a Florida case where two children was removed from the biological mother (IMHO very unfairly and against the wishes of the children) and given to her former promiscuous partner, a transsexual. One of the reasons was that the mother said nasty things about others related to the children.
Larry Birkhead has to worry if Dannielynn has the slightest accident. Two deaths are incredible. But a third death or an unexplained accident? Everyone is watching him. Also, he has to worry about charges or reckless child endangerment. Interesting to know if any sex offenders were on the birthday list.
Although nobody has accused Larry of having a role in the deaths of Daniel and Anna Nicole, IF these cases come to trial, he could face "accessory after the fact" charges.
A lawyer commented about RICO charges. From what I have read I can not imagine how Larry could possibly face these charge but then I am not a lawyer and there might be things I am unaware of.
It is not one things but many, including his nasty comments and lies that damage his credibility and marketability, that will come to bite him. His popularity has been damaged by him clinging to Howard Stern, who has to be one of the most disliked people in the country, and by his vindictiveness. And this will hurt his ability to market Dannielynn.
Larry Birkhead has been cute. But his boyish looks are fading fast and even a plastic surgeon will not be of much help and make him look only waxy.
Note to Larry: Face it, Larry, you are getting on in years and your nasty side will etch lines in your face. It always does. Over the past months I have seen hints of jowls and sagging skin emerge and no longer look as cute. Your life style will cause to you age rapidly and you will be old way before your time. You might want to take Virgie Arthur's advice to Anna Nicole seriously: watch out for the company you keep.

Right now Dannielynn is in the most secure and safe position. All of this is in the end about who gets (manages) the Marshall estate money (never mind that no court is ever going to actually award it to the estate...these fools are too greedy to see that).
DL *must* be alive for anyone to collect (manage) the money. So long as she remains a baby or an innocent little girl she will be fine. Once she reaches legal adulthood may be another matter.
Or conspiracy charges BEFORE the fact. It all depends on if that tape surfaces and what the date stamp on it shows. If LB knew HKS BEFORE he knew ANS it *could* get really ugly for LB.
As I understand it - LB & ANS *planned* for DL. There has been very little discussion about an earlier *miscarriage*.
Anna reportedly wanted a *blonde, blue eyed, baby GIRL*. Do we know if the early miscarriage was a girl or boy baby? It does seem that even tho’ they barely knew one another, had not established a wholesome relationship for parenting (marriage or full-time cohabitation), Larry and Anna were sure hellbent on procreating. Very strange!!! Sounds very much like designer genes to me!
I don't understand what that has to do with my comment about LB possibly knowing HKS before LB knew ANS. The pregnancy (pregnancies?) have nothing to do with that possibility. It is possible that HKS engineered LB's and ANS' getting together.
All we have on any of this...the alleged love affair between LB and ANS, the way they allegedly first met in Louisville, the number of pregnancies and how or if they were planned...all we know about these things comes *only* from LB. ANS never spoke publicly about these things and now she can't talk. I don't take LB's word for anything any more.
Again we ONLY have LB's word on how DL was created. I personally believe O'Quinn's allegation that LB was nothing more than a sperm donor. Larry is gay. That was one of many reasons ANS accepted him as father "material" according to Jackie.
True sperm donors are paid a fee for their goods and then they go away. I believe that was the deal made between ANS and LB and maybe LB got greedy later and decided to pursue being a real daddy to an "heiress baby." That's when he maybe hired Opri. This in turn may have sparked the supposed rift between HKS and LB which was "repaired" by the deal made in Florida.
Rale and Opri were opposing attorneys when she was representing LB. Isn't it odd that the people who were doing all they could to keep Birkhead from getting Dannielynn are now his best friends? Larry Birkhead would like the public to believe he is just a nice guy and felt sorry for HKS is why he allowed Stern to be Executor of ANS' Will and Ron Rale the second Executor, but people aren't as foolish as he is! He and Stern were bitterest foes with HKS telling any lie he could think of to 'steal' Dannielynn from him until DNA proved he was a liar. Why wasn't he charged with perjury? That speaks volumes about the lack of judicial ethics in Seminole County and the Bahamas. After LB, HKS, and Ford Shelley met at The Horizons privately (which LB & HKS lied about), the two goons left being best buds. He is very transparent, and he is not the nice guy he tried to pretend to be! He is as dishonest and manipulative as HKS...they are 'two peas in a pod' IMO. If ever there was a need for an investigation, it is now. These two despicable excuses for human beings are now using a baby to support their perverted lifestyles, because they are too sorry to do an honest day's work. I totally agree with your statement....my curiosity was about the *first* effort and whether it didn’t meet the custom request for a blonde, blue-eyed girl.
Not a very *nice* thought, but as we have learned, this was a very self-absorbed group of hedonists. Anna’s personality appears to have been reflected by the people *in the same room* with her.
Decent folks have described her as sweet, funny and generous. The evil folks have described her as bossy, hateful and volatile.
