Incompetent judges such as Seidlin and Milstein, investigators, and many in the media fail to see or cover up what to us is obvious about HKS, LB, and KE. They all could not possibly be that far gone mentally. Maybe a lot of money has changed hands, possibly along with blackmail.
Hope the media takes noticed that Danile died one year ago today. Sometimes justice works slowly but still works.
Prayers that soon Daniel can Rest in Peace.

If the DOJ can investigate those Nigerian internet con-games - they certainly could & should investigate this US originated scam...and I do believe it goes very deep with a lot of participating officials/lawyers/judges/LE on the fringes!!!!

Yes, I am afraid of what’s being ‘swept under the rug’ and being allowed to happen in the United States today. Off topic, but Mexican trucks have entered South Carolina today, and I disagree with our government allowing these trucks from Mexico to cross our borders and travel through our nation, on our highways. They don’t have to obey the rules the U.S. truckers have to, and while I don’t always agree or support Unions and the Teamsters, I do in this instance! They talk about poverty in Mexico, and it seems our government is aiding and abetting Mexico into making the USA a poverty nation! Something stinks to high heaven and the concerned citizens better step up before we become a One World Government!! MO
You have probably seen the photo here: http://www.eonline.com/news/article/index.jsp?uuid=2a8a1413-7aac-4409-b5c8-3e13e57bd48d, and I wondered if you have ever seen a photo of DannieLynn recently that LB wasn’t posing in? Why does he have to be in every photo? DL is a year old, and while she may not be walking yet, she can surely sit alone w/o his assistance! One more example of what a media hog he is.

OK, now some cute shots of DL smiling and cooing in “private moments with Lara” before the party. This time, the narrative says “just days before the 1st anniversary of her brother’s death, DL turns one.”
Another clip of the same shot of Larry carrying DL downstairs ... she’s dressed in a little pink princess-y type dress, from what I can see, but it’s all bunched up where LB is carrying her, so I can’t really tell.

Another “preview” of Lara talking with Larry and I didn’t understand a word he said. She asked him what he was going to give DL for her big birthday. I have no idea what he said, he was looking down and mumbling and smirking.
Something was said about Anna Nicole, but I don’t know what. Lara said “you or her mom?” And he just smirked.
Interspersed with cute shots of DL again - the pink outfit has fluffy pink stuff on top, just little straps, maybe froufrou like boa feathers or something - looks a little like a pink Hawaiian lei out of fabric. Can’t tell what’s at the bottom of the outfit yet.

Lara to Pat O’Brien about the party “it was unbelievable” - now back to shots of LB carrying DL downstairs again, this time with people singing “Happy Birthday” to her ...
Shots of DL in the outfit - it’s a pink ballerina tutu, with pink netting at the bottom. She also has on a pink pearl necklace “like her mother.”
More casual shots from before the party - DL has on a little baby outfit with blue ties at the shoulders and is also wearing her pearl necklace.
Lara with Larry - LB says “I just want to give her a happy day. After all she’s been through in her life, I just want her to be able to rewind and say ‘hey, that was a pretty cool party and I have a pretty cool dad.’”
(There was more before that, but I can’t understand a lot of what Larry says and can’t read his lips, because they’re mostly closed and he talks out of the side of his mouth.)
Lara says “we’re seeing the handsome single father mature before our very eyes.” More shots of LB playing with DL, who is always bouncing and flailing her arms in the air, in every shot.
Lara: “Our coverage of Dannielynn’s first birthday is *far from over*.” The narrative says that Lara is the “only one” who was “allowed” alone with DL on her big day.
Oh oh - now the “exclusive” - preview of Howie with Dannielynn and Larry. Ugh. HKS is talking in some low, gravelly voice about something. I’m too shocked to hear what he’s actually saying. Never fear, it will be on tomorrow.
“Heartbreak” ... something about Daniel and Anna’s deaths. Oh, a “tribute video” on ANS that brings Larry “near tears.” Then a shot of DL watching a video of ANS (a clean one - from ET - guess which one) on a small DVD player - oh, that’s what was earlier that I thought was the computer.
“Starting tomorrow” - the “actual coverage” of the birthday!
(I’ll be anxious to see if Mark Steines is also “the only one allowed with DL alone before the party” when ET comes on tonight! These people all lie without compunction.)
Interesting documents on scaredmonkeys blog - had Opri’s 9/5 atty letter requesting a retraction from LB that she gave Rita *confidential* documents - or face libel suit!! LB (atty Trope) said *bug off!*.
Then I had 32 screens open up- took me ages to close them - not sure I have a secure computer !!!
Wish the media would stop referring to LB & HK$ as alleged *gay lovers*! They are not capable of loving anyone but themselves. IMO their sex acts were *perv’urges* and their relationship *greed lovers*.

LB said “Dannielynn teaches me stuff and I teach her stuff. I’m learning more every day.” (That was when the narrative by Lara said he was *maturing*.)
There was also a shot of DL with a big piece of cake in front of her on the “violet” high chair. It was actually her own cake and was a lavender turret from the big castle cake, a little cake all its own.
In one of the fast clips of party stuff, I heard Barney talking to her over a microphone.
Still trying to “rewind” my mind to see if I can recall what HKS said in his menacing tone. It was scary. Nope, I’m still clueless.

That’s evident by the cases shown on crime documentaries. Takes years, luck and good forensics before prosecutors will risk an aquittal - they want water tight evidence that cannot be explained away.
It’s going to be a roller-coaster for many years - before we see formal warrants and trials IMO. But it’ll come - as surely as Dannielynn will learn to read.
Now that you mentioned it, the only photos I have seen of Dannielynn had also Larry Birkhead. Wimpy Larry boy wants to have his face shown. Every day he is becoming more and more disgusting.
The birthday part is evidence that he has no concern for Dannielynn, only wants to use her to make money. What will happen when she is no longer profitable? I do not want to say it.

Oh, Lord. The next segment goes on and on and on and on. Can’t keep up with it, even tho it’s mostly “nothingness.” Lots of pix of DL before party - mostly not happy.
More crawling, “first dance steps” - people twirling her around. There’s a pink chocolate fountain, pink cotton candy, more stuff. They show the birthday cake hot air balloon in the yard, all the big stuff on the steps, including the cupcakes I liked, plus big ice cream cones.
They show somebody tossing all the glitter in the driveway.
Then “Dannielynn’s Past” ... “The Heartbreak behind the happiness” ... videos of Anna Nicole ... LB holding DL watching ANS on the DVD player. I can’t see it this time to see if it’s the same Mommie Dearest video from ET as it was on The Insider.
“In one corner, a tribute to ANS” ... it’s a very small picture of Anna and Daniel on a table, off by itself. Oh, then there’s the ice sculpture ... it’s a baby crawling ... could be any baby, but it’s supposed to be DL.
Next, “The Anna Nicole Tribute Video that caused Larry to break apart”. (None of the narrative is matching the video, so I have no idea what they’re talking about.)
And now, Dannielynn’s “two daddies.” Howard K. Stern with Larry and the birthday girl, reunited. HKS returns to the US amid some controversy.
Stern: (in that low growling, gravelly voice) “Rita Cosby is either the dumbest person in the world, or she wants to ...” sorry, I can’t quote, because I can’t remember what he said ... something about seeing him in court, of course. Then he said one more thing, but it will all be on “tomorrow,” of course.
Now Mark is leaving Larry’s house, where he evidently was doing all this (but he wasn’t, because a lot of it was at the party at Barnstable’s) - I guess we’re supposed to think it all takes place at “Larry’s” - or maybe he’s leaving Los Angeles with Larry? I can’t tell and I’m certain that I’m not *supposed* to figure it out - it’s intentionally misleading.
Wherever Steines was with Larry, it was also with Howie, so someplace in Louisville, because he had already said he’d “touched down” in Louisville.
I still don’t see how they keep Lara Spencer from being in the same exact shots with LB/DL as Mark Steines is in, especially with all the people at the party, but they do!
AArrggh! I guess I can safely eat something now.
Thanks for the excellent update, RTE. I can’t force myself to watch these shows but I still enjoy getting info about them second hand. LOL.

P.S. I believe HKS said something about Rita either being the dumbest person alive or she’s “falsely and maliciously lying.” Something like that.
