By the way, I wonder if Howard purchased a one way of two way ticket to the Bahamas. My guess is that he purchased a two way ticket...so it "looks" right!! I'd like to know WHAT TIME it was when KE saw Danny before he left for the Bahamas. IIRC, KE said Danny didn't want to go to the Bahamas....which I believe is a far cry from what Howard said.

So much is hidden in this case...in the courts, behind closed doors, confidential agreements...Where and when will it end!!

I’m so sorry to hear about Jason. I’ll certainly add his family to my prayer list. I do wish they would find a cure for cancer and a vaccine to prevent it. A little 9 year old boy I’ve had on my prayer list died last Friday. I have several friends who are in remission, but live in fear of a recurrence. Also, please give my condolences to your son...it hurts to lose a friend!

I am upset about the plan now to give amnesty to illegal aliens who claim to be crime victims.

I've just finished reading all the comments on TMZ about Mark Hatten's lawsuit. Hope HKS and LB feel like everything is closing in on them...and I hope it does!

I share your concern about giving amnesty to illegal aliens who claim to be crime victims. I'm upset about the crimes these illegals are committing and getting by with too. I don't know what our government means allowing Mexican trucks to cross our borders and travel across the nation w/o having to obey the rules our truckers have to follow. Not only is this an open means of allowing illegals into the U.S. and no telling what else into the United States; it's also taking jobs away from our truck drivers...it does not make sense to me, and I'd like to see people say 'enough is enough'. Do we go after Congress or the Administration...or both? I don't know.

I'd say the "initial" spark was when she first tried to have a baby via Larry which was not to be.

That would have been about 2004?...Three years after her will was written....except,

I think there may have been a later will or a different will where Virgie (logically) amd/or Danny's aunt would have been given custody of Danny....not Howard. In 2001, Howard as Danny's guardian just doesn't make sense. The will makes more and more sense as time goes by. Larry couldn't inherit "as her husband", Virgie couldn't inherit or any other relatives and Dannielynn couldn't inherit. But Larry COULD inherit her monies in Trust as "the biological" father of Dannielynn and Larry could pick the executor. Think about it!! What a scam.

Larry just didn't know what the hell was happening except he didn't like HOWARD claiming fatherhood because he knew it wasn't true. He wanted his cut beyond what they paid him as a sperm donor and deserves "0". Remember, Howard claimed that a DNA test was invasive and Dannielynn could submit when she was no longer a minor...if she wished.

I believe Howard and Larry made a deal with Howard backing off on the DNA objection in order to get the show on the road and the money flying.

Selling a few more pictures of the Happy Dad and Baby would bring in instant big bucks!!

The Birthday Party...Just a big farce!! Poor baby. Yes, I think she's happy. She's a normal, happy kid. She'll ooh and aah...because that's what babies do!!

Just a brief report. I can’t do all the gaga stuff anymore on this subject. Just some notes ...

Tonight’s ET was all about Larry ... arriving at the *multi-million-dollar mansion* to do the preps ... the home has huge rough-cut stone steps going up to the front of it, awesome, actually ... Larry is getting teared up because it’s where he met Anna and he wishes Anna could be here ... and Daniel ... oh, yeah, Daniel ...

There are enormous prop lollipops and cupcakes placed around the yard and on the many stone steps ... love the cupcakes myself ...

... now showing a different gigantic castle than the floating pool one, then the pool one ... then an enormous humongous Cinderella glass slipper filled with presents, looks like it’s near the pool, can’t tell exactly - probably 8-10’ long and 5-6’ tall ...

... then some shots of huge shiny metallic purple and pink wrapped gift boxes ... must be some of the “presents being sent from all over the world” ... then Larry getting things out of some cardboard shipping boxes that were sent ahead by Barney - some little Barney giveaway stuff ... Larry blowing out a Barney noisemaker ...

Dannielynn loves Barney ... insert of clip of Larry holding a stuffed Barney for DL to grab, from some earlier shoot ... then Larry taste-testing the pizza, a recipe “made especially for Dannielynn” ...

Larry talking about a bubble machine that will be, well, “bubbling up” ... close-up shots of the giant prop horses for the Cinderella carriage ... they’re wearing purple and fuchsia plumes in their bridles ... and then the large carriage, but just a peek that doesn’t reveal the money shot yet ...

Narrative earlier was about the guest list of 200 ... 60-70 are “Dannielynn’s family” ... some more are “Anna Nicole’s friends from Los Angeles and The Bahamas” ... “Howard and his family” ... Larry’s just “glad to be home.”

Altho they mention it’s “Larry’s close friend Patricia” Barnstable Brown’s house and they show pix of her at the start, including one with her sis when they were the Doublemint Twins, all the rest is Larry alone in the house, pretty much acting like it’s his house and he did the whole party.

They keep showing some really ugly coral pink plates or china or something, with black computer writing on it like the invitations, and acting like this is some big deal. I suppose Mikasa or Waterford or somebody put out a special line of Dannielynn fine china. If so, it’s ugly as all get-out.

All I can say is I hope they have adult beverages available! And plenty of Tums.

Dannielynn is too young to even have an idea of what is going on. IMO, that party is a money making event and a social gathering for that “good(for nothing)daddy” of hers. He’s too dense to realize that 1 year old babies don’t have birthday parties like the one they’re having in Louisville. When our children were 1 year old we usually just celebrated as a family. I wonder how many babies DL has even met? LB is so full of himself, and I do believe he is exploiting Dannielynn for his own financial-interest. If all the money being paid for photo layouts are going into a trust fun for her; how are HKS and LB supporting themselves since neither have worked since ANS died!
