The arbitration bit was right in the contract and the little SOB signed it. And he’s contract savvy and not a first time “contractor”. I don’t see where the judge is coming from at all.
Let’s see if Rita calls LB a liar as to what she said. I’M SURE what Rita said was more a “MAYBE” and not a matter of “Fact”. And what RITA SAID makes no difference. He signed a legally binding contract and I see no deficiency “On It’s Face”.
Someone said Rita said last night that the tape may have been destroyed for all she knew. I wonder if this was an attempt by her to give HKS and LB a false sense of security? If they think the tape doesn't exist, they might be embolden to file their lawsuits against her, and then she lowers the hammer and produces the tape in court; thereby, destroying them both publicly.

Oh, there’s also a throne for Dannielynn, which they’re showing sneak peeks of now. They didn’t show that before. It’s pink and purple, out of what looks like plush furry fabric, with what looks like a yellow daisy or flower of some type on it - oh, maybe a “star” (of course!). Nope, sorry - now they’re doing a close-up and it’s a crown on the top of the back part.
Now, Larry & DL arriving from airport. DL is waving to ET and clutching her Barney. Loves the bright lights, ET says. (Her waving was very cute!)
She has her shoes off, which for some reason, LB thinks is important to point out. She had a “healthy snack of fruit” and “two naps” on the plane ride.
Trisha Barnstable: Whole driveway will be glittered in pink and purple glitter.
Purple for Barney, DL’s favorite, and pink for Anna’s favorite color.
The mirrored castle will float on balloons in the indoor pool. This time they said it took 2 months to build the castle, instead of the 3 they said earlier. Maybe I misheard the first time.
Oh, I see - the ET coverage of the party will be “all next week.” AArrgggh! It’s just the preview “starting this week.”

Huge “Knights in Shining Armor” statues are guarding the cake (I’d be scared to death of those if I were a baby!)

I’m so glad that Larry wanted a normal life for Dannielynn and didn’t decide to exploit her and spend the money on Larry and Howard and all the other cruds they hang with!! :-)

Do we have an extradition treaty with the Bahamas - or is she safe from US law????
Howard and Larry are not off the hook yet because according to Larry's words, he only has temporary custody and the inquest hasn't occurred. Those witnesses might be called to the USA. I don't know but just because the Bahamas can't compel a USA citizen to be a witness in the Bahamas doesn't mean the reverse is true.
If there was a deal that could go to "motive", and I think there was, it could break the whole thing open

Computer very slow this a.m. Couldn’t sleep - really must give up this obsession!!! Getting justice for Virgie is going to be a long marathon, I just hope her team has stamina, endurance and the *goods*.
Perhaps Rita’s example of *gutsy* will inspire others to speak up, speak out and speak truth!!!!
KE was WARNED not once but twice that she was into a deadly combination....and ignored it.
And Howard...knew all about these drugs....AND HE LIED IN SEIDLIN'S COURT about when the last time Anna took methadone....the one drug they were trying to get out of her system before she died because Howard and KE knew it would be used to connect the dots between the two deaths. Everyone says Danny was not a drug user. Martino, the detective and others said he was clean.
