We believed it was to deflect suspicion from HK$’ causing Daniel’s death. But once again, because of Anna’s drug induced stupor - she followed HK$’ limited script.

Hi all, I’m not reading the book but reading reports on crimelibrary. Yes, Liz, I realize this isn’t Sunday, but since everyone’s busy reading, I wanted to help keep the thread going.

According to Rita’s book, Daniel ate the food that Howard went out to buy. Remember how we wondered why Howie went out at 2 AM for food. If Daniel was still hungry, he went to get more stuff. Perhaps that food was the method for getting Daniel to ingest ground up methadone, lexapro or zoloft, etc...whatever was found. If the food was spicy, perhaps the aftertaste of the drugs wouldn’t be noticeable?

It was setting the footwork to make sure that Larry would have "all the rights" to Dannielynn ANDALL THE RIGHTS to control the estate including picking Howard to be the executor.

When Anna made that tape, Howard popped into the picture and whisperered to Anna to say: "This is what I left on my mother's answering machine". We DON'T know when she originally called her mother but the timing could be very important.

HOward must have been in a hurry to broadcast this tape...otherwise HE would have been edited OUT!

There was a video bit at one time when Howard says and Anna MUST have been alive at the time it was made: IMOW "Do you think Anna would be with me if I had hurt Danny in any way?" I don't think it was supposed to EVER be shown....BECAUSE IT GOES TO MOTIVE...in Anna's death. Wish I knew the date when that was MADE and BROADCAST.

Let's suppose Howard had "bad" stuff in the car and the TWO trips were for that reason. And when you eat, you get thirsty. Did anyone count the cups in the room after Danny died??...Or look in the basket?? WIsh we had ALL the pictures of the layout of the room...in other words...the cops pictures.

Would be really nice if Howie had a GPS unit on his car that was traceable but that takes a search warrant besides. It's a possibility though.

We need some real confirmation of TWO trips...Hospitals have video cameras all over the place.

Anyhoo, Rita is not intimidated by the specter of Lin Wood -not going to roll over for that bully. She has probably learned that he usually settles with media cowards. I think he has met his match....Rita has borls!

Rita on John Gibson - refuted the *estrangement* between Jackie and Anna - Anna was asking where she was during Daniel’s funeral delay.

Jackie had made arrangements to visit Horizons but was refused admission by HK$. IIRC she was to be DL’s godmother.

She had a couple of TV interviews following Anna’s death -there may be transcripts.

I wish the interview with Rita Cosby had been longer. Like on Bill O'Reilly, the focus was on Lin Wood and the possible lawsuit. I wish they would talk about something else.

IMHO, Lin Wood is way overrated. Sure he won something (actually not all that much IIRC) in the Richard Jewell case he had a man proven innocent and there never was evidence to implicate him. Almost a slam dunk.

In the Ramsey case some of the media went over the top and accused the little brother even though he was too small to have done it. I am not sure the settlement was ever made public.

Maybe they are just hoping for a settlement, of making quick cash to go away, and they brag that they won the case and thus prove they're innocent.
