NOW, we can see why the "I Hate Mommy" video was made. It was wholly unnecessary AS LONG AS ANNA WAS ALIVE because the question at hand was "Fatherhood", not "Grandmahood".
We had a case here where the grandmother was given full custody while the will specifically said the children should go to their friends.
BTW, Rita Cosby stated that Larry Birkhead threatened to sue BEFORE he knew what was in the book. Guilty conscience!
Rita could work behind the scenes since she was unaffiliated.
Maybe Rita is one of the names that Wood was trying to coerce from O'Q at that deposition.

No, Larry didn't admit there was a deal. Harvey asked the question so LB could deny it, and it would be the truth. Rita didn't say LB brokered the deal....she said HKS was the one who suggested it. LB and the lawyers said there were no deals, but, IMO, that is not true and I don't think they will win that battle. One other little tidbit, Ron Rale apologized for referring to Len Wood as a "monster". Apparently, he had made a statement 'that HKS needed the monster, Len Wood'. He meant this as a compliment, but it may be a more accurate description than he intended. I would not be surprised if Len Wood didn't go too far with some of his threats and intimidation some day.

After being semi-retired for 10 years, it's hard to adjust to this. And the kids aren't even home anymore. But i'm whipped when i get home in the evenings. Must be the age....
I started the book last night, and haven't gotten too far yet...got caught up watching t.v. So far it appears to be things she was told by different people who had no connection with each other and they reported the same thing. There is something 'shady' about "Big Moe". I imagine one reason we haven't seen more about his book is, he has got his 'times' mixed up and that makes some of his statements appear not to be factual. Here is a segment from the day KE left to return to CA:
After Dr. Khris left, Moe stayed the night in room 609, the other bedroom of the suite. "It was an open room, and I knew she wasn't feeling well," Moe said in the Fox News interview. "And Howard just asked me, "Hey, can you just stay over?" I said, 'Oh, no problem.'"
According to a source close to the investigation, there was one problem for Moe when police later looked at the Hard Rock Hotel's surveillance tapes. What the public doesn't know is that there was someone else in the suite the night before Anna died. That night, Moe was seen walking into the suite with a mysterious woman. A woman that wasn't his wife.
According to witnesses, HKS did not appear concerned about Anna, and Moe and Tas both commented about how strange Howard was acting earlier on the day ANS died. He didn't seem overly concerned about her, and he said he had an appointment with the people who were restoring the boat ANS had bought at 12 o'clock noon, but his app't. was actually for 1 PM. When he got the call to return to the hotel that there was a problem with Anna, the man he was talking with said he didn't appear too concerned and did not rush to leave. When they were taking her body to the hospital, Moe went with her in the ambulance - not Howard. Howard had followed the gurney down the hall to the elevator, and after the doors to the elevator were shut, HKS fell to his knees and began crying! It was Moe who was with Anna at the hospital and gave the doctors to okay to stop their resuscitation efforts. HKS didn't go to the hospital until he was summoned! He had been in the room with detectives. The following is an excerpt:

But he did. "Right away," said an eyewitness, "Howard was ready to make his next deal. It showed us that to Howard it was all about money." Do any of you think it will be a problem for Rita that she didn't give names for some of her allegations? I'm afraid it could be, but I hope she has verification for the more serious ones.
Is she going to the Bahamas to sign the paperwork?? Sign confidential agrrements with Howard? Pick up some money? Pass "incriminating papers/videos"?
Who knows what she up to but something is up and the fact that this is occurring so close to the release of the book seems "strange".
Five years to file against her?? Wouldn't like to be in her position.
I remember that Howard's only REAL concern when the Horizon stuff was taken (At Anna's Request), was the legal papers on the shelf in the closet which included the baby's birth certificate. If there were confidential agreements in the stack, it was likely all the recent stuff....because Attorneys do not normally stash legal papers IN A CLOSET.
Bet O'Q is reading the book right now. In fact, I'd bet he got an advance copy.
According to one source seems sufficient. Giving away names can make them “targets”. Give it time. It almost sounds like she wants to get hauled into court.
Not just targets. If people such as the nannies also told O’Q the same story...it helps any case. O’Quinn dismissing them (back then) might have been nothing more than “not at this time”...it has nothing do do with THIS case (Custody).
Rita's "Blonde Ambition" is making waves. This should lead to reopening the two death that had all the earmarks of homicide to any halfway normal person. Nobody should get a pass when it comes to murder.
At least KE is investigated. Her trip to the Bahamas indicated something is up. If only the Bahamian authorities would act.

Howard, Larry and KE are squirming like rats in a cage.
No doubt they are also planning bad reviews of the book and personal attacks. It would fit in with how they treated Virgie Arthur.

Opri may have a "suit to come" based on Larry's remarks. Unlike Howard, she DOES have a reputation.
Such panic in Howardsville! Larry Birkhead was in fear while interviewed by a buddy on Larry King Live although the cards were stacked in his favor and he sat between two lawyers. Any signs of Howie giving interviews? Or does he just make threats through his lawyers?
Wish Mark Fuhrman would also write a book.
