I think you are right. I tried to visit the MySpace page for HKS, because I wanted to click on Moe's picture and get his page. I was curious if either of them had posted anything about this book. Guess what I found at HKS' page?

Invalid Friend ID. This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted.

This indicates something has been going on. I am not a member of MySpace, so I cannot send them a message...all I could do was read their messages unless they made their page private. It seems HKS went further!
