Anyone knows that men don't lay down in a bed with a woman to have their picture taken unless it is "by request".
Feeling very thankful that Rita Cosby has infused some life into the Anna story - but it will be so depressing - if there is no public disclosure of an official LE investigation.
On that Gerlene matter - we were suspicious that DL was sneaked into Florida and smuggled back to the Bahamas on the boat...but Gerlene’s statement may be enough to dispel that notion.

I think something is going on with TMZ. Either they are buckling big time or they are about to blow this case wide open. Oddly enough the second post could have been used to try and “dispel” those gay rumors but it was taken down. I find this very interesting.
The girls might have been "hired" to help dispel the rumors. I might make a bet on that one.
I don't know what to think right now. Will wait for more on this "sue everybody" stuff!!

You just made a great observation!
He really isn’t so smart after all! Any time he is with camera, or on the record, he screws up. A lot of folks gave credit to Seidlin for *tripping* HK$...but I think Seidlin was giving him an opportunity to fudge..and he could not *think on his feet*. Get the fork - he’s done!
We’ll know if they start posting anti Rita stuff. As of yet they haven’t touched it. I also noticed that when they reported it initially it was a straight report. No editorializing and no snarky remarks. That’s not their style. Also why would the second one be taken down. I wish I would have seen the video but it’s been taken down too.

She told him to get out of her life (per the nannies) so she must have been drugged out of her mind in order for him to stay at Horizons and coerced or threatened (DL’s safety?)into that committment ceremony!
HK$ is really quite dumb. We have formed our poor opinion of him based on his own words & behavior ..he has not demonstrated any sense of remorse, guilt or responsibility for the two deaths. There is only one thing that continues to motivate him and that is the pursuit of the Marshall estate and the publicity $$windfall since Daniel’s and Anna’s deaths. That he is essential to handle all the assets for DL’s phony trust fund is bogus.
An innocent person would have been so distraught if 2 young people died on their watch - and would have assigned the legal issues to the nearest blood relative or a court appointed third party and distanced themselves as soon as possible. (Ron Rales is not a 3rd party!)
IMHO - HK$ will never buy enough friends to outnumber his enemies.
Whatever happened to that guy who claimed to have had something going with LB? I cannot recall his name.

The never-ending ANNA NICOLE SMITH saga just got a little more sordid with the National Enquirer’s “world exclusive” interview with a man claiming to be LARRY BIRKHEAD’s secret gay lover.
Birkhead hails from Kentucky, where he allegedly had a fling with former male model KERRICK ROSS. (We definitely pegged him as a metrosexual with those high-maintenance highlights, but gay? Actually, yeah, that works…).
It gets worser and worser.
The TV coverage tomorrow should be interesting, to say the least.
I think Birkheads highlighted hair was due to Opri’s suggestions to clean himself up.
IIRC, the suit against OQ claimed an invasion of privacy in addition to the claim "OQ said very bad things about me".
Does Howard think the whole world is stupid??
I can tell you one thing, he didn't think anyone would still be asking questions about him or KE and certainly never expected any "suspicious thoughts" about Larry.
If Larry and Howard and not "reconnected", no one would have batted an eye at Larry.
I think we call it "A BIG MISTAKE".
The Peterson Case was dying for a while...We all had our gut feeling. We hung on and one day: "God loosed the bodies from the depths of the sea and waved them gently to the shore".
