Would be interesting to see if Judge Milstein's bank accounts have received a large deposit around the time of his crazy ruling.

Thanks so much for the moving description. I remember those photos, and I don’t see anything there except sweetness and, as you say, a radiant happiness and a sense of safety. Does anyone know who took the pix? I think that’s germinal because Danny talked about fearing Howard. But even so, he could have been overcome with such happiness being with his Mom and sister after having been denied it all for so long. What a sweet smile he had. Still so innocent.

Your spec is uncanny. Gives me shivers. I believe it. I bet that’s how it went down. Which makes Danny and DL the only innocents in this saga. But what is terrifying is, it makes them fodder for death, if need be, whether psychic or, as in Danny’s case, real. Anna got way more than she bargained for, but this just proves to me she wasn’t much of a victim either.
I sure as hell don’t think she loved DL.
Seidlin was the judge. Milstein was the guardian for Dannielynn. He’s already had his pay off in my opinion because he was put in charge of the funeral and the ET coverage. Hmmm..I wonder if a reporter could get a copy of his tax returns? I’m sure he “charged” the estate for putting the funeral together.

IMHO I also believe Anna never knew or had lost sight of Love & Marriage...she was inclined toward a variety of ‘sexual’ events.....she probably had severe emotional/psychiatric insecurity problems - not improved by her lifestyle and companions.

I can’t disagree with you. A psychopath holds an endless grudge, remembers every small humiliation- given the opportunity for revenge, he will make up for lost time.
Which makes me more convinced now, now that you mentioned it, that indeed, he killed her son (greatest revenge) and then her. Motive? Humiliation. And revenge for that humiliation. And now he has a clean slate with DL and the publicity millions. The ultimate revenge. Everything has fallen nicely into place for him, and Larry has been a lynchpin. Psychos never forget and they never forgive.
Your suggestion that Larry is a narcissist- yeah, I would agree. And he certainly has psychopathic traits. Which makes me wonder, also, what illegal drugs he is taking.

Howie and Larry must have believed they got away with everything only to have this book come out. And they were unaware of the book until the cat was out of the bag.
Howie sounds more and more like a sociopath with touches of a focused paranoid.

He was chosen by Seidlin. He’s also a major gay activist in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area. He seemed to not like Virgie from the get go and he automatically accused her of calling Splash. I still say that Virgie should have handled herself better on the stand when they started questioning her on money that she had received. I blame that on her attorneys because that is something they should have prepared her for because they should have pushed Stern on the same issue. Milstein also spent alot of time in the Bahamas with Patrik and Pol ( I actually like these two..they are the only ones that seemed to actually mourn Anna’s death) I still think a DNA test had already been done prior to Anna’s death. I just don’t understand why Larry had any standing at all in the body hearing. I’ve posted this before many months ago but I think the Thompson/Shelly gang ran a test because Thompson may have thought the vasectomy didn’t take.

IIRC Seidlin had already picked out Milstein as GAL before the hearing. Also mentioned HK$’ visiting Seidlin’s office in private - don’t know if that was before or during the hearing.
It all STINKS of collusion and pre-planned decisions regarding the custody of Anna’s body, the funeral and complete disregard for Virgie as the direct, adult blood relative of Anna/decedent.
When it comes to Howie I think about what one of his old law partners said about him. He had an almost obsessive attention to detail. But yet he made so many “mistakes” when dealing with Anna’s finances and legal issues. Yet Anna is probably worth 7x more than she did when she was alive. How strange!! /sarc
I’ve seen the movie, many times, one of my faves. Virginia was psychotic, not just “drugged and oblivious”. She had a genuine breakdown.
ANS’s situation is way more ambiguous. I mean, you’d have to have a doctor that told the truth and in this scenario, no one tells the truth but caters to the madness. Man, that is the ultimate hell.
I don’t think Anna was a victim. I think she was amoral and had psychopathic traits. I think her connection to Danny was just plain sick- he was the caretaker (poor, sweet,kid), and when he was offed, she lost her caretaker. The fact that she left him unburied for so long, let him bloat and look so amazingly neglected and forlorn, no dignity whatsoever in his dying and post death, and while she got “married”....I’m not blaming it on any drug at this point- I think that this was Anna. Because drugs at this point mattered more to her than her son. In other words, her pain mattered more to her than her baby.
And DL was just an “HKS ANS LB grand production”- they should use a weasel (great offense to the weasel, I know) in the opening credits. I just cannot feel for Anna. The fact that her mother continues to love her is so awesome to me- I would wish for a mother like that.
What did Anna do to her kids? That’s my touchstone. Well, I’m not sorry she died; but I’m sorry a soul was wasted on this earth.
As for Virginia- she had soft humanity written all over her. Not so with ANS. I think that is a drastic and significant difference.

Ques. 5: Did you call Anna's room or the guest room at the Hard Rock at any time on the day that Anna died? Who answered?
Ques. 6: Did you speak with or email Ron Rale on the day Anna died?
Ques. 7: How many times did you converse via phone or email with Ron Rale from the time you left the Bahamas until you arrived in Florida?
Ques. 8: How many times did you speak with or email Ron Rale from the time you arrived in Florida until the time of Anna's death?

I suppose because Anna is dead and she has paid the ultimate price, we are forgiving.
But you are correct, if Anna were still alive I would be supporting Virgie in her efforts to get Anna away from Howie & Larry & into rehab and parenting classes.....
