Maybe - but they had nothing else to do -I believe after years of public emasculation and indignities, HK$ developed a visceral hatred for ANS that controlled all his behavior/actions...resulting in her destruction by drugs.
IMHO, HK$ and LB are both narcissists and money hungry leeches...they stay where there is money...and join forces when it’s convenient and profitable.
After the marriage at sea...no matter how valid or not valid it may be, Anna couldn't run to Larry. She had trapped herself (after KE "talked her into marrying Howard"...and I believe Anna originally thought the marriage would totally hold up or cause a monstrous law case.
I thought that Howard said on the stand that the marriage was bad advice and that "it was being litigated".
TMZ is saying that one of the charges is that LB basically purchased Dannielynn from Stern. I tend to agree with this and I’ve been saying this for a while. I think it goes back to the custody issue in the Bahamas. Even after Larry was found the father of Dannielynn he still did not have custody or guardianship because of the birth certificate. I think he and Stern did make a deal and I think part of the reason why he’s continuing to make all of these deals with the media is because of Howie. I don’t think Larry is as evil as most people on this board think he is. He’s made the mistake of attaching himself to Stern. He should have continued to fight for her and pushed the Birth Certificate fraud case. His reputation is pretty much shot now and I suspect we’re going to be hearing more and more stories and leaks regarding his private life. I’m sure he’s made the Paps mad with his attitude of covering of his and Dannielynn when they are out and about. Not even Tom Cruise and Angelina do that. They used to view him as one of their own but his attitude I’m sure is not sitting well with them. I’d love to be his publicist. It would be so easy to rehabilitate his image. Throw Howie under the bus.

That’s where I was heading...Anna was the only party eager to marry Larry. All the others were opposed; HK$, Larry and Dr.E.
It’s pretty clear she had to be drugged into *committing* to HK$ and only after tons of KE’s persuasive medication.

With Anna sleeping so much, I wonder how Howard and KE spent their time. Sure would like to have THAT computer because you can bet the house that either it was thrown overboard or is buried in KE's backyard.
Notice that Howard has never said one damn thing against KE and her prescription drug fest...except to make sure the "warning" to Kapoor got out via the picture in the gay bar and the Gay parade....both of which both Howard and Larry were in attendance.

The two nannies witnessed HK$’ disgusting behavior toward Anna (when the cameras were off). Hell - when the camera was on he was disgusting.
Wonder just what kind of hell Anna endured when she was imprisoned in the Horizons, alone except for Howard & KE, no phone, no car, no computer?
She truly was a kidnapped US citizen, being held hostage by those two non-humans. Talk about post-partum blues - that she didn’t commit suicide speaks to her will to survive!!!!
I can't imagine her wanting to go to Florida to get the boat and leave the baby behind. It would come to her in a few days.
But she couldn't die in the Bahamas. It would look very suspicious and she certainly couldn't die at the Horizons. It MIGHT become a crime scene and subject to scutiny.
There was some real planning here and if it was investigated properly, I'm sure many things would come to light.

I'd also like to know why the custody case got put off in the Bahamas. The judge got sick?? Hell, judges even die...the system doesn't come to a dead halt.

Sue Larry! Sue!! Use all of Dannielynn’s money. No one is watching it....It’s yours....all yours!! Well, except for Howard’s cut as I’m sure he is MOST LIKELY acting as your agent in all matters.
