You have hit the nail on the head IMO. Money seems to be the motivating factor for all of HKS' and LB's actions. I do believe Virgie when she said she had no interest in the Marshall money! I don't think AN had a legal claim to the money and Virgie knows that. Howard and his attorney pals from Los Angeles are the type attorneys that give people cause to think of attorneys as interested only in money and to hell with justice. I know it's unfair to paint all lawyers with such a broad brush, because I do think there are lawyers who are interested in using the law for legal purposes and not to dupe people and twist the law to say what you want it to. What is the old saying: "If the law is against you; argue the facts and "if the facts are against you; argue the law"? Have I got that right? Anyway, it seems California has more than its' share of unscrupulous attorneys or it appears that way. Their judges (and others) have made a mockery of our judicial system.
I wish I had time to stay here all day and post, but I've got meetings every night this week, and I've got to take care of things during the day...Ugh! I am going to find a way to say 'no' some day!

Ironic that for Daniel & Anna, the pregnancy was the beginning of the end.
HK$ finally gave up on his pretense of *caring* for Anna - he came to despise her and with that realization, decided he would be better off with control over *her blood relative*, DL.
The outrageous perversion of justice that began with Seidlin’s shameful hearing, continues with the tabloid media whores and all the other opportunists protecting HK$ and his disgraceful misuse of the law.
A reminder: She was absolutely terrible on the stand regarding the Marshall Estate.

There were so many *events* following Daniel’s death..and yet still no inquest.
Imagine the frantic drugging and all the brainwashing by KE that must have taken place every time a new inquest date was scheduled..... No wonder the 2 nannies were fired!!!
Hey - just saw 10 seconds on ET re: birthday party for sweet little Dannielynn. She looked so cute!!!! Evidently ET is going to be there. I know I should know this but when is Dannielynn’s birthday? And I hate giving ET any viewership but I really want to see that baby!
One article said Sept. 7 is the birthday.
Danny died September 10th.
Maybe right before or on his birthday we should develop a list whom to call and email and write (such as Embassies, government officials, TV/radio shows) to express our concern for “No Justice for Daniel†and remind them of the date of his death??

Also, a sense of entitlement! He spent years sucking up and enduring indignities to his ego....once he had Anna totally dependent and isolated he showed his true disgust for her as a human being. His psychological and physical(drug) abuse of a pregnant woman is right up there with Scott Peterson.

In regard to the package that was shipped to Moe's place. Almost any package can be traced these days. Our postman scans packages sent to me while he stands on the doorstep. My signature IS NOT REQUIRED. We do NOT know if Moe or Taz had to sign that package but Howard would want to know FOR CERTAIN that it got there...so there was likely a call to or from Moe telling him to bring MAKE SURE Moe brought it to the hotel with him.
It wasn't necessarily the case that Taz was going with Moe to the hotel that LAST day. She had only met Anna once before (IIRC). Why this time? Maybe that's why Taz is saying "she thinks it was a setup". Maybe Howard INSISTED that he bring Taz along and the "vacant room" was part of the ruse.
