I agree 100%.
IMHO, she sure would have flaunted it and if Howie got a hold of the video first, it would be every place where he could make a buck from it.
People have been convicted for homicide on less evidence than exists against Howie. An incredible "coincidence" that he happened present at two death so close together and involving such similar MO. Of course, those others did not have Tiger(or was it Moose), Dr. Perper, and the Florida judges on their side.

Court was adjourned so as to allow Godfrey “Pro” Pinder to secure legal counsel and for G. Ben Thompson to arrange for another lawyer to represent him as Godfrey “Pro” Pinder is named in the Petition.
FURTHER INFO ON “HORIZON’S” COURT SESSION - August 10th, 2007:
Howard K. Stern was in attendance with his lawyer. Godfrey “Pro” Pinder was in attendance. G. Ben Thompson was not in attendance due to alleged threats against him, and he was advised by his legal representative, Godfrey “Pro” Pinder, to not attend Court.

You nailed him on this one! Stern is Jewish, and they don't recognize The New Testament. The story of The Good Samaritan appears once in The N.T. in Luke 10:25-37, and I don't think HKS has studied it! I think HKS is involved with the corruption of the Bahamian government. IMO, anywhere HKS is, you'll find some form of corruption.
I wonder who is threatening Ben Thompson in the Bahamas? Wish we knew more about him. Seems like our Embassy or the State Department should be looking into what is going on if he's being threatened. I think someone should be doing an in depth investigation of HKS, sooner rather than later. The way he is manipulating the courts, lawyers, and people associated with ANS suggests he could be blackmailing or using some other subterfuge to coerce folks to support his illegal schemes. I don't think there is any logical reason who should be allowed to stay in The Horizons!

Great find! That proves HKS knows that house was not ANS, and he should not be allowed to stay there. It might serve HKS and the Bahamas right if the Island was boycotted until there was an investigation of Stern and his association with the Gibson’s.

I usually send the pages of interest to my email if I think they may be deleted later. I do this now because so many things have been deleted in reference to this case.
On tmz there has been much information deleted.....and I decided to do that there. TMZ is so biased that many of the posts that mention certain people never make it to be confirmed.

The only natural resource is the climate - so tourism and corruption have become the two primary commodities.
The locals could probably have survived without either one, by exporting native art, growing their own food supplies and a fishing industry....but their *elected* officials have been corrupted by drug running and money laundering.
Decent Bahamians should vote out the native criminals and deport the imported bums.

Art Harris’ has shown a pro-Stern bias over the past six months (he began the blog in early Feb.2007)and a majority of the posts reflect this same bias. It’s possible the anti-Howie, pro-justice folks may lurk or post here.
