Riccio was connected to the diaries. Always said it was a “Howard Setup”, i.e., he arranged for Riccio to get ahold of the diaries and cash in on them “for a cut”. It would be nice if that comes into play. We’d like some “truth” someplace!
Dannielynn is still teething, and she continues to beat up on her dad, with Larry joking that he’s living “in defense mode.” Nonetheless, the single dad says he is already “thinking big” for Dannielynn’s first birthday in September, and it is clear that the party will be a hot ticket among the toddler set.
Her mom called her princess, so [I’m thinking of doing] something kind of Disney princess, or Hello Kitty — something real cool, so she can look back on it and say ‘What a cool party.’
The only lady in my life is my daughter, and she takes all of my time, and that’s all that I need right now — Making up for lost time. We’re just having fun together and hanging out.
I hope he will post a few pics of the party. She is a real cutie. I wonder who is on the guest list?
Note to myself: Never, ever visit the Hard Rock Hotel. Considering the type of investigation done there, it’s surely will attract those who want to have somebody hit.
I think he deserved custody of DL because he's the biological father, but I do not trust him. The day he made that asinine display announcing that he was the biological father; warning bells went off that he was a fraud. Sometimes my intuition is wrong, but so far his actions have proved this one to be correct. I hope for DL's sake, he matures and becomes a more responsible and respectable adult.

Just want you to know what a law clerk/secretary can create. They work for a lawyer and think they know everything. Believe me, one attempted to sue me....something all made up. She said I “ran her off the road, and she injured her knee.”
Imagine my surprise when I received a letter from the lawyer for whom she worked. It was dropped when my insurance company investigated. I had no idea what she was talking about!
It turned out she was late for work (again), and blamed it on an “accident” that was caused by me. There was no accident! She made the whole thing up! She just happenend to write down my license plate number. The rep said it is all too common with people who work for lawyers.
And you believe her? lol

As attorney for the estate of ANS, old Howard is certainly protecting the interests of a dead Anna far more effectively than he protected her life, in life. An example of pure self-interest.

The tape was made in 1994 and Dr. Johnson probably had a release from her. Now Howie might be hoping for a settlement just to drop the case.

It is patently obvious that HK$ never viewed Anna as anything but an undeducated piece of white trash property, and he treated her with utter contempt.
BTW, Beckloff is the same judge who declared Howard Stern the executor of her estate. I'm not familiar with the law, but shouldn't he have excused himself in ruling on Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson since he had shown he was in Howie's corner?

I imagine Beckloff is handling all of the cases pertaining to the probate of Anna Nicole’s estate and that HKS is going to drag everything through that, as far as “protecting” the estate’s assets.
It’s cracking me up how Howie is trying to make Anna a born-again virgin in death. She would’ve been the first to sell this videotape and market it herself, for the buck$$.
Note that Art Harris or whoever wrote the original story about this stated incorrectly that the Gerald Johnson surgery was what got her the spread in Playboy.
She got the first implants in 1991 or early 1992 (not sure the exact date), thanks to J. Howard. That got her better stripping hours (nighttime) and better private “party” dates.
The Reddings sent her pix to Playboy sometime in 1992 and she was chosen for the cover - then as a Playmate a few months later - then Playmate of the Year for 1993.
The surgery in question, in 1994, was “just a lift” of the 42DD implants to make them look more like 42EE, according to Sandi Powledge, the girlfriend she lived with at the time. I remember Sandi said in her one interview that they broke up when she was still changing Anna’s bandages and waiting on her hand and foot.
Unbelievable, but this story made our local headline news a couple of days ago, because of Johnson having been a local doctor before he went nutz or whatever he did that made him “retire.”
I think the tape sounds like it’s pretty trashy and all, but Howie’s trashier. I’m sure it will be on YouTube by now.
I again noticed that the wire reports stated "Miss Smith died of an accidental drug overdose." Hey, we do not know if it was accidental and evidence points to non-accidental.
