Not if the party was present! I thought hearsay was repeating only what someone told you - not that which you heard or witnessed in person.

It was posted on another message board by another poster. I don't know whether that person would want me to use the nick here or not so if that person wants the nick to be identified then I will identify that nick. This other poster is where I orginally heard that there were at least two different stories.
Caveat: I'm not a lawyer either, though.

Of course! That makes so much sense. Although I based my first BIASED opinion of Opri on her representation of M.Jackson - I really believe she sympathized with and trusted Brikhead. When she took his case, he didn’t have a snowball’s chance for custody - Anna was still alive.
Still believe LB understood he was just a surrogate father from the get-go and was expecting to be rewarded for it - then HK$ put other plans in motion and Brikhead turned to Opri. After Anna was murdered, Brikhead would have lost his borls had it not beeen for Opri - but the stupid idiot got suckered in by HK$ ONCE AGAIN!!!
Read the Art Harris article. Larry cried when he saw the bill? He's been through "hollywood" litigation before (and IIRC, he won bigtime).
Notice also that he didn't want a book deal...and neither does Howard. And what ever happened to Moe's book? Howard's created some sort of secret society. Glad I'm not a member.
Good observations about not wanting the burden of a baby or a book - what kind of tome could either one write, without exposing their depravity & the hell that was Anna’s private life?
Never forget why Dannielyn has two daddies - but no mother or brother!
