Thanks for the link. I just read the Taz interview and it was the first time that I remember hearing that Taz was set up at a TABLE. (I'm trying to remember the whereabouts of a table in the room??

I assume he/she plugged in the computer...without lights on?? And neither of them went up to Anna DESPITE the fact that she had already been sleeping 2 1/2 hours.

I'm not doubting Taz in any way and I AGREE....they were set up.

Taz does not mention where Brigitte went off to after viewing a very dead Anna OR where King Eric and friend disappeared to that morning. No one seems to mention Brigitte as being there when the medics arrived?

I don’t believe Taz for many reasons. But one is when you look at those room layouts, there is no room for her and a table at the foot of the bed. There is only walking space and then the armoire opposite the foot of the bed.

The scene report states a table and chair were under a large window and the chair had a Louis Vuiton purse on it.

They wouldn’t need to plug in a laptop, it could have been on battery. In the dark is stretching it, it was noon. It wouldn’t be so dark you couldn’t function.

Listen to Brigitte’s version. VERY interesting .. and again the tales just don’t add up to other versions. Brigitte also indicates Anna was on the bed when paramedics came in.. AND!!!! that Moe arrived AFTER the police and paramedics :O She stumbles over the 911 spew. And when lying she blinks .. a lot!

This seems to also be another TIME move by Howard. Remember, we've seen no TIME for the beginning of the inquest and the custody issue for Dannie Lynn has been put off indefinitely.

Howard is trying to keep things in a particular order for a particular reaason.

As far as this suit goes, I'd say he wants to use Stern vs O'Quinn as being "prejudicial" as a basis for throwing out the inquest completely since Howard is the only OBVIOUS person involved and present for both "extraordinary" deaths of two related people with matching "causes of death" with one "minor" blood relative. I do not consider being "at the dock" not being present given the FACT that NO ONE saw her move for over an hour.

PLease note from Taz'z interview that Howard called Moe not once but twice while they were at breakfast to go to the airport. Best guess is that he wanted to make sure that they weren't coming back up to the room right away because he had to do "something"....maybe like get her clothes off and put them in a bag (car?).

What I like about the Taz interview is that we KNOW that Howard could get ahold of Moe easily via phone. I have said all along that Howard called Moe to check on Anna because he didn't want to ring the Hotel phone and he didn't know Taz's number. And when Moe reported to Howard that Anna was fine, Howard panicked and rang the hotel phone ONCE which startled everyone.

all in due time .. all in due time. Not on the stand, but a deposition.. then the stand. A deposition seals in their words. What is ironic and makes me laugh is.. HKS is limited to JQ’s place of business and proving libel/slander. If you read JQ’s response, he never said there WAS life insurance, he said he had HEARD there was. CNN, TMZ they are were saying they ‘heard’ there was. That isn’t slander.

Now murder, ‘my client believes he killed them’ again, he is stating his clients emotions not stating a fact with Malicous intent. Remember, it has to be with malicous forethought because HKS is a news figure aka famous aka celeb level by law. That means meeting a different standard which means hks must prove it was done with the knowledge it was false and for no reason but to be malicious.

Saying he was there when Daniel died .. heck HKS put that on TV himself. Again, not false and a simple fact published and televised. Saying it was under suspicious circumstances.. again, truth, it was and in every media form possible. He was healthy and only 20 yrs old and dropped dead suddenly aka.. His death was suspect.

Lin Woods .. don’t know much about the Ramsey case quotes. I know Lin Woods is a sissy. What did he win? Every case he had he went in the back door “ a settlement” off the record. LOL. NO match for the very public millions and billions JQ has won.

And the one author Lin Woods called that a win... but the guy was back on the circuit, his book stayed on the shelves and still is today doing book tours saying Pasty killed her. He also categorically states not one dime came out of his pocket in that settlement. So what did Lin really win? Hot air image for media attention for himself but where is his ‘show me the money’ record?

You ask me and he bit off more than he can chew with this one. JQ has more resources, brains and a bigger bank account than Woods. JQ threw the line out and the suckers bit. Get your popcorn, it is going to be one hell of a show.

RIGHT!!!!

You would think - (if he had nothing to hide)he would want the inquest behind him - with exoneration - before taking on O’Quinn. Better to have a ‘clean’ inquest for the slander suit!

Additionally, a slander suit with lots of questions would not bode well for the inquest to follow.

I’m sure O’Quinn wants the inquest first for “evidence” and prior sworn statements.

Dunno for sure - I am not a lawyer either. But I did stay at a Motel Six!

You have some good points and theories Sac.

Don’t get me wrong... I too believe Taz was set up. However, I don’t think she continues to not come totally clean continues to cover her and Moe’s rear to a great extent. Her attitude in the reinactment I found disgusting! My gawd, she was offended people were quetioning “all the hoopla” she said with a snide tone.. that 911 wasn’t called. A nurse with that lack of sense is going to kill someone someday if for no other reason but her inability to use her noodle.

Howard puts of everything. Any delay will do for that one. I can see him wanting a certain order. I suspected the JQ suit was in case he didn’t get the Bahamas canceled he could cry wolf by using all of JQ presentations on media copies.

I consider him present at both deaths too. Anna was dead and we know it when he left that room. No one is alive and has rigor in their jaw within the hour he was gone. That is BS. But Taz is responsible for lies about the condition she was in and that is on Taz’s soul.

ITA on the phone calls. Those coupled with him pacing in the lobby and then downstairs leaving anna alone when he was nervous and used that “phone” baloney adds up to murder .. she was dead and he knew it. He couldn’t be in the room when the body was found and the pressure was showing. He was in a big hurry to get away from the body with good reason.

.. kinda hard to show up at a depo for slander if you are arrested for murder in the Bahamas for the “murder” you are saying is slander. LOL

But hks gambled wrong and JQ knew he would is what I find so funny. hks gains little on a personal american slander suit. Baha’s is the slander capitol.. they say whatever they please in their media. My word the name calling and ‘outings’ that go on. This is a sissy fight to them (their favorite name for howie)but then, they use it for all gays there. Politically correct is not their motto or tolerence on gays that is for sure.

I think hks stands to lose more if the suit doesn’t fly and JQ does a number on him. If he gets tripped up in anyway! One more bad mark for the inquest. He has so many .. why risk adding to it? Why risk not knowing what JQ knows and what he could bring out? I think ol smug face loafers made booboo this time.

In the court filings there is a few where hks is running his rear off making sure he waives Anna’s death cert around and has filed to be her replacement in law suits. In June while he was distracting everyone with the estate admin baloney, he was quietly filing (and Art wasn’t reporting) that ol howie was making sure he has his foot in the door on the bankruptcy / marshall cases.

All of HK$’ activities smell to high heaven of unethical acts and conflict of interest.

With all the “legal” consultants on N.Grace, Greta, Kimberly and multiple CourtTV shows - why have they not pursued this area of their expertise?

Perhaps they just don’t want us to know how prevalent (but illegal) this behavior is? They surely must have noticed it - when it was happening!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's go back to Anna "escaping from her bed", finding the drugs (without her contacts on), taking them "without water" and going back to bed. Where was Howard? She weighed 170 pounds. The vibrations would have aroused Howard. Why didn't Howard check Anna before he left. If she was so damn sick, why not AT LEAST check her forehead for a fever??

Was the baby bottle within "arms reach" for Anna? If not, did she try to throw it? Whose prints were on it? What was in it?
