From the beginning of this drama, we Freepers have not been so much interested in the tabloid Anna Nicole Smith. We want answers to the following:
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother /grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Failure to allow visitation opportunities to the biological maternal grandmother .

The deaths of two US citizens in jurisdictions outside the reach of US law enforcement should concern all of us.

I did technical support for 15 years. It isn’t talking down, it is an attempt to go to the users level. If you see that as ‘down’ you would be correct. HKS filed for approval to exceed page limits from 20 to 49.
HKS filed for approval to enlarge time limit.
Both were granted. His time will be 8/20/07.

HKS filed they will take JQ’s deposition on 8/16/07 at 10 am in JQ’s office in Texas :D

Howard needs to depose O'Quinn in order to make his case? This sounds half-A backwards. He should be answering O'Quinn since O'Quinn has already documented his case in WRITING.

Sounds like "here we go with the videos again" with Howard as "The Director". Does he want to ask O'Quinn certain questions to limit his (Howard's) response?

O’Quinn was in Seidlin’s Courtroom, right? But that farce was for the custody of Anna’s body. Did O’Quinn do any questioning on that day or was he a “guest” of the court?

I am not a lawyer but my guess is ...

JQ gave pages and pages of case law that supported his motion to dismiss and why FL has no jurisdiction. Obviously he must be right and HKS doesn’t have any case law to answer the numerous cases JQ slapped him with. I think he not only wants but rather NEEDS to fish for any thread to hang on to. If he could have found anything on JQ doing business in FL, he would have found it by now. Like JQ said, nuttin going on in FL for him. lol

I love the fact that they have to travel to TX. As cheap as HKS is that will dent his hideaway sock funds a bit and we know how that will work on him.

I think it is more hks is limited in what he can ask. He is the one that filed the slander suit. Questions will have to be limited to issues relating to that. I also suspect JQ will wait and invite HKS back for a second costly trip to dispose HKS. Southerners, all that hospitality you know :D

O’Quinn tried to represent his client, even managed to get in a few words when the crier on the take wasn’t telling him to sit down. However, JQ addressed that issue numerous ways in his case law examples.
