You bring up great points! Judge Seidlin has been accused of accepting gifts. And crazy that Howard Stern was given preference over Daniel’s father. Both Judge Siedlin and Dr. Perper need to be investigated regarding their relationship with Stern. And then there was this other Florida judge caught cuddling with Howard Stern.

Florida's justice system came out looking corrupt. From the start I have felt that Judge Seidlin, Dr. Perper, that that other judge who cuddled with Howard Stern should be investigated. Dr. Perper's muddling and the inability to think logically at the least should have cost him his job.

The problem is his conclusion is that he effectively said SHE gobbled the drugs herself and consequently overdosed.

However, another statement he made contradicts that: "She more than likely would have lived if she had been taken to the hospital where they would have controlled her drugs".

KE's direct statement "I could have saved her" is false on its' face since no one can explain how Anna crawled to the drug bag (without making a sound), gulped the bottle and got back into bed...Ya know...the bad tasting stuff which according to Perper, no one would be able to force Anna to take.

Anna was NOT controlling her drugs. KE and Howard were. Anna wasn't ordering her drugs and I'd like to know how many doctors ordered Chloral Hydrate for their patients in the last year...a drug which is no longer searched for in an autopsy. When was Anna FIRST given the Chloral Hydrate?

Searching for any information on Daniel’s father and found this. Anna & Billy Smith did not get a divorce until 1993 - just before she married Howard Marshall.

Attorneys make deals on behalf of their client all the time and then walk into court. Judges do not and should not be making deals with anyone.

Went with an attorney for 10 years...but at the end of the day, the attorneys and the judge would all wind up in the same saloon.

Then there's Judge shopping...watching the calendar before your submission.

I noticed in there that they said she had trouble reading the monitor because she was not wearing her contact lenses. No one has mentioned her “vision” capabilities, i.e., near sighted, far sighted or both.

That’s an excellent point! Could she even read the instructions on those drug directives, much less understand them?

Obvious to anyone with 1/2 a brain, Anna was a needy drug addict, easily manipulated regarding routine and legal decision-making - the perfect candidate for Stockholm syndrome and sociopathic control.

Did a google and found that gastritis (which can be caused by drug use) can cause the intense hyperemia in the antrum. Basically, blood infused from irritation. I thought ANS ate that day or the previous evening. She would have had SOMETHING in her stomach - takes a while to digest some foods.

You know i wondered the same thing...was it Howie that said she ate shrimp or something?....usually they know the last thing a person ate when they do the autopsy.
The more i read about this the more it sounds like a bad movie on the tv.
IMO Anna went thru hell the last few days of her life. Who knows when she ate last, IF she had any fluids, or was she so doped up that she didnt have a clue as to what was going on?

yea...the bathroom thing is strange, both Daniel and Anna use the bathroom and a few hours later are dead.

I saw in a vid on here Anna trying to wake Daniel while in her hospital bed, she called out and then was tryin to hit him with her leg, then was gettin out of the bed. I wonder who would of filmed that and why?

How could Perper have believed Khristine Eroshevich - who was either so incompetent or negligent that she overlooked all the signs & symptoms of a dying 39 year-old woman??

Howard was the only one who could have given them that scene. There was some confusion as to whether Daniel was in the chair or in bed with his mom which I think is highly unlikely. Neither of my sons would even consider it and especially since she just had the C-Section. What did that scene show?? The chair??

Remember, Daniel had bruises on him, too. Certain limbs are prone to BUMP bruises (legs, elbows)...but I thought these were on his back.

What has always bothered my is Howard saying that he checked his neck artery...never mentioning shaking him with a..."Hey, Danny...Danny..Come on Danny....get up."

IN other words, he did nothing to arouse him BUT INSTEAD checked to see if he was dead.

I have AVG and had a problem (can’t remember what - I tihnk I had updated some program and it screwed up the AVG - wouldn’t update) and had to uninstall and then re-download. Try that. Take AVG off and then re-download.

Thanks - it had already fixed itself this morning. The Monster is still alive, now a little worse than before, but the AVG cleaned up 4-5 more Trojan horses again today. That whittles them down and it’s a tiny bit more manageable, though still a royal pain.

I may be getting another puter, so I’m not going to worry about this too much - just keep slapping down popups, I guess, and deleting all those cookies until that time comes.

it is shot from behind Daniel, who is stretched out sorta sitting in a chair, she reaches out with her leg and says something like Come on Honey wake up or get up and then the vid stops as she is gettin out of the bed.

I had never seen that before and just wondered WHY Howie would do that, you can see Anna was worried....

ohhhhhhhh.....dont know...it was odd that it was at the end of that vid i thought.....i’d have to look again...i was wondering why the heck would someone be filming that?
