Personally, I would like to see the change of venue but I'm betting that Howard is again doing his "midnight knock" bit....begging the judge to dismiss.
No way Howard wants to litigate in Texas where "O'Quinn" would ironically become "The Director". It would mess up any of Howard and Larry's well timed plans and Howard NEVER wants to get on the stand again.
Remember, we don't know all that went down during the custody hearing in Florida. We DO KNOW that Howard was anti-Virgie from the beginning and that Larry became anti-Virgie at a very convenient time.
Larry's statement was noted by LK: "I participated in the PLANNING of this child up until a minor disagreement more than midway through the pregnancy".
Howard gets into the confidentiality agreements and says that Larry signed one. That was dated January 3, 2006 IIRC.
Howard said everyone around her had to sign one including himself. But I've never heard Moe or the maids or KE or the Nanny's or anyone else say they signed one. But I'll bet the Capt Gibson signed one and that's why we've never heard him interviewed. I hope these people realize that they are invalid. AND I don't see Anna's SIGNATURE on Larry's.

The contradictions are:
Larry claims he loved Anna - got her pregnant twice, planned not accidental - but would not marry her.
Anna was reported as saying she got ‘help from a friend’ in getting pregnant - but who now ‘wanted custody & money’
Anna preferred Ben Thompson as the ‘daddy’ over HK$
After Anna’s death HK$ claimed he had been Anna’s ‘lover’ from 2000.
Anna told others HK$ was “ewwwww”.
Only after the death of Daniel, isolation and heavy drug therapy was HK$ able to talk her into getting his name on the birth certificate and ‘marrying’ him (with KE’s helpful persuasion).
IMHO Beginning with that pregnancy, Anna was being tortured and Daniel walked into an ambush.
Daniel’s death and every contrived crisis that followed, the near drowning, fake illnesses treated with more mind-blowing drugs, ice-baths, phony threats were intended to cause a suicide attempt.

Anna Nicole Smith may have been murdered, and the saga is far from over. New reports are claiming that very strange marks on Anna’s body were found after her death, but were never mentioned in the autopsy.
The time of Anna Nicole Smith’s death has been claimed false in a new report, which suggests Anna was dead at least one hour sooner than what had originally been said.

Sod, I’ve been reading offline lately but wanted to mention this which occurred to me last night. The one person who knows what we need to know, but has disappeared from view, is that private detective, what’s his name. And if he cannot be found, what about the friend Daniel was living with prior to his death, who put him in touch with the PI? Can’t remember their names from so far back. But both of them know what Daniel’s suspicions were, must have heard the facts and know much of the truth that we are only guessing at here. I also wonder if Daniel had spoken to Virgie prior to leaving for the Bahamas. And whether Daniel told Anna about the PI prior to going to the Bahamas. That information told to Howard might have been Daniel’s undoing.

The PI was a very poor interview (Greta & Nancy Grace?)
He surely would have been contacted by Virgie’s attorneys and advised not to divulge everything he knew.
It would be difficult to imagine Daniel’s state of mind when he began that flight to the Bahamas. He was probably elated and terrified.
If we find out who planned and timed Daniel’s trip - that will be important. Was that the only daily flight -arriving so late?
Or was it perfect for all of HK$’ scenarios? Poor little Daniel - I am sure he wanted to see his mother and sister privately -without that leech hanging around. He hardly had any time to share his concerns with Anna - she was sleepy and still groggy. Did not get a chance to scope things out and talk to her at length did he?

According to statements by JQ, yes Daniel told his mom about the PI. We know if ANS knew, then HKS ‘drugged’ it out of her. JQ’s implications were that hks found and killed Daniel IIRC.

The purple marks are not in the autospy! Perper may try and cover them under lividity. Hum, clever JQ! That would mean she was dead much longer when Taz found her. If Perper doesn’t cop to lividity, then why omitted in the autopsy? I could be wrong but it appears to me JQ is backing them into a corner.
I wonder if JQ via VA as the mother has a copy or rights to the autopsy records, all of them including photos?
He may have forced his presence and manipulated his azz unto a couch but he was never listed as a resident. Did he lie to the government on his voter’s registation? Dept of Motor vehicles?

Actually, she mentioned how flushed she felt when she was talking to him, but she was also zapped at the time as well. They did plan the pregnancy. They had lost a baby prior. He had never stated that they didn’t plan the pregnancy.
