Oops, here’s another one. Darn Publishers Clearing House again. I suppose the “good news” is that the porn one only happened once. The A-V must have caught it and destroyed it. Now, if it would just get the MOAPM - the mother of all puter monsters, which keeps sending the kiddies out to harrass me with each “click”!

I’ve said that from the start. It doesn’t look like her and it sure doesn’t look like someone who just had a csection a few weeks back. Of course she was probably so doped up they could have performed surgery and she wouldn’t have noticed.

That might explain why Ron Rale described the ‘cold snap’ causing Anna’s pneumonia. Rale failed to mention the ‘near-drowning’ incident when Moe *allegedly* displayed his life-saving heroics. This *alleged* incident, of course, was designed to show how HK$ and Moe were instrumental in saving Anna’s life - a scenario used later to illustrate their absence of malice.

Upon reflection - was the incident an attempt? or did it never happen?

So many lies, so many liars.

Ha, if you listen to all the different versions, it kept happening over and over again at different times. Moe said it was 3 weeks after Daniel died - making it 2 days after the “commitment,” so about Sept 30 or Oct 1.

Another version, maybe Aunt BonBon’s or Dr Khrisvorkian’s or one of the Haitian nannies’, had it happen in December. And the nannies also had a drug-induced coma somewhere in there, too.

One of the pool incident stories had her found “floating face down on the surface of the pool” - but another had her dropping like a rock and found “on the bottom of the pool” in the deep end.

I think the latter was Moe’s version, where he had to dive under water and bring her up. She gulped and said “thank you.” From passed out, on the bottom of the pool, to just fine and chatting! With a doctor on premises, no less.

With all the lies, I’m surprised they even *had* a pool, but we’ve seen it!

Thanks for that link. There will NEVER be an inquest into Daniel Smith’s death - apparently. The Bahamian Government is totally corrupt, evidently. The US State Department should put out an immediate WARNING to all American Travelers: Go to the Bahamas at your OWN RISK. If crimes occur there, the Bahamian Justice System is NOT WORKING LAWFULLY and crimes go unpunished there. Needs to be a boycott Bahamas website also.

I've been checking in when I've had time, and today I even attempted to post a message about the slimy HKS, but I guess I didn't wait around to notice I should have clicked it a second time. I've been tied up this week, but, hopefully, things will slow down after tomorrow. I'm still hoping some attorney will KO Stern and his lawyers and stop them from continuing to allow HKS to be a permanent leech. Well, I wouldn't mind if they made him a leech in the penitentiary. Bet he really would 'weep' then!

I don't know how to post a site. The Nassau Guardian has a good article on the cr** that is going on in the Bahamas. It looks like Daniel's father is asking for his body to be exhumed and brought to the USA.

Can someone post the link. The date of the article is July 17.

Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez was ordered dismissed yesterday as presiding judge in the Coroner’s Court inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, after Supreme Court Justice John Lyons ruled that a television interview Gomez gave about the case departed from accepted judicial convention.

Gomez, the second judge to be dismissed from presiding over the inquest, had, according to Lyons, who inadvertently viewed the questionable interview, talked “about what was going to happen or might happen” in the case.

“The present coroner has got be removed from this (and) there’s got to be another coroner,” Lyons ordered, adding that the only thing he knew judges who were asked by journalists to comment on cases that they were presiding over to say in response was: “Buzz off.” Noting that he had “no experience” while practicing as an attorney or during his judicial career of any presiding judge giving press interviews about a case they were considering, Justice Lyons said: “It’s not a practice I am going to approve of.”

He also ordered that the new jurors that will be chosen as a result of his ruling should be selected from “as wide a poll as possible to draw jurors from.”

Attorney Debra Rose appeared for Bill Smith, Daniel’s father, who has asked that his 20-year-old son’s body be exhumed from its present burial spot here, along his mother’s body and returned to the United States.

So we know there's a little action going on against Howard in the background.

(Or supposedly) because I think that Larry and howard have figured out that they might be able to make MORE money if they create an Anna Museum similar to the Elvis Museum.

It's an easy "change of heart" for them...since Dannie Lynn is in the USA...and it would be nice to have Anna nearby so they can sell photos of her first visit to Anna's and Danny's gravesite. (John-John repeat coming.)

So I'd bet Howard and Larry are hoping the judge says the removal can occur. And Howard can blame it on Danny's father if anyone objects.

Howard is so flexible - his focus is to make ‘morbid money’ no matter how tasteless or unethical.

Unfortunately, there are morons who’ll be happy to oblige his appetite.

Remember, there were people who actually watched that Anna Nicole reality show!!!! Jerry Springer mentality - and we wonder why the headlines are so disturbing.
