I thought the water front home was the less expensive house that Anna Nicole bought and it was being remodeled at the time of her death?

KE was warned about the danger of those drug combinations by more than one party. I hardly think she’ll take the rap alone and she might just dump on Hoard under a plea with DEA.

The weight makes her look a lot older and she’s had a tough life. But that’s secondary to the damage that has been done to her heart and soul with the loss of Anna and Daniel. She’s a good lady and my heart goes out to her that she will get justice in the end and some rights to Dannie Lynn.

O'Quinn vs Stern starts tomorrow I think. I'm hoping that it breaks out into something where Howard will have to actually be put on the stand, i.e., O'Quinn has SOMETHING.

Of course the fact that KE, Howard and Larry have become one happy family in Ca just rocks my mind.

I was thinking it’s the 19th, but either way, all we’ll hear is Leroy crowing about a “W” in his column, even if it’s not true. I hope it goes all the way.

I had storms all afternoon, so couldn’t finish the Case Name List, but really had a lot of it already done, anyway. Had a feeling I didn’t need to worry too much about making the inquest deadline, once the thunder and lightning started here the 2nd time today. *sigh*

There will be more T-storms tomorrow and the next day, so I won’t be online very much, I don’t imagine, but will try to keep up, slapping down popups as I go.

In a world wide web exclusive, ET Special Correspondent Art Harris has uncovered a Bahamas court order that allows Howard K Stern to ask that the developer who has been trying to evict him from the home he shared with Anna Nicole Smith, Horizons, be jailed for trespassing and contempt.

Harris fails to mention that the court order is a highly questionable “ex-parte” injunction obtained from an allegedly crooked judge by one of the most corruption-accused attorneys in the Bahamas.

Ex-parte orders are judgements that an attorney obtains while in the private chambers of a judge. The opposing party is neither present, nor even made aware of, the legal actions going on behind their back. Because of the potential for abuse, ex-parte orders are to be used sparingly and a very good explanation must be given as to why the session should be ex-parte, rather than having the opposing attorney present.

In the Bahamas, that procedure is highly abused.

Most of the rampant legal corruption that occurs in The Bahamas is the result of ex-parte orders from corrupt judges, obtained by corrupt attorneys in sneaky midnight ex-parte sessions.

It appears that the latest action related to Anna Nicole Smith is no different.

The lawyer who obtained the ex-parte order, Wayne Munroe, has been accused of “fixing” cases by making arrangements with key players before a case comes to court.

Outrageous, but equally unsurprising, Munroe is the President of the Bahamas Bar Association, a loosely-knit group, that some say, are nothing but organized criminals posing as attorneys.

This particular case involves a cast of characters right out of a seedy crime novel, including; allegedly corrupt lawyers on all sides; malleable judges; corrupt government officials; a developer with a questionable background; a confused, drug addicted celebrity bimbo and her beady-eyed lawyer/lover/stalker.

Just couldn't get more interesting could it. I think you can see that all these delays in all matters, from the inquest to the paternity issue to the "look" at KE's involvement gives Howard "TIME" to create yet another nuisance for the Bahama Court.

WE all liked Pindar and I think he is a Person who is thought of respectfully. Howard's pattern seems to be to attack the good guy. And remember, he never attacked Larry.....not as being a "bad guy".

I think O'Quinn and Virgie had it right. Larry was a "sperm donor" and in one interview, Larry almost suggests it.

Just like Seidlin..."You knocked on my door in the middle of the night"......and the agreement was made that "biological" or the DNA matter would not be discussed in court.

Can we name Howard: "Director in the Chamber"? I'm trying to figure out why Seidlin even agreed to that term.

Interesting that although these things have been known for some time, they are just getting pieced together now. I believe the order of February 9th was after Thompson removed stuff from the Horizons.

Hey Howard, what about Anna's wishes. I do believe she had an "inkling"....just as Danny had an inkling...and Virgie had an inkling.

What were the dates that Seidlin's court was in session?? (Okay, I'll hunt it down.)

Good observation!

Loking back, HK$ himself has never uttered the vitriol, he had proxies; i.e. he prompted Anna (under drugs)and Bonnie to make hateful accusations against Virgie.
