I’m not sure there is a term limit on celebrity/notoriety, when he willingly put himself out there for gain & profit -but hey, knowing Howie - he’ll find some exemption for his toadiness.
He seems to be doing the impossible and improbable and getting away with it.

He asked her to but I remember she was possibly looking at jail time for assisting him.

My 2 cents is Anna was living with her stalker. How scary is that.
Some of the things LarryB said about HKS popping into Anna’s bedroom creeped me out.
I am a very “private’ person and wouldn’t have people popping by my home without calling let alone into my bedroom.
Anna must have been more of the pop in anytime kinda gal without it bothering her.
Yet if anyone wanted popped in when Howard was around he blocked them from Anna.

About Anna jumping around after the C section all the pain killers she had access to would numb her out.
Anna leaving the baby on the island while she came back with her HKS entourage was probably/possibly HKS telling her Larry could kidnap the baby or get DNA so leave the baby behind.
I was wathcing a movie/comedy where the main charactors planned up a plot to kill a husband and frame a con guy.
Well when they killed him the female yelled to her partner in crime to Grab a Mirror to check if he is really dead.......reminded me of the Anna death.
BTW, a Dr. William E. Hurwitz, of McLean, Virginia, was convicted in April sentenced this months to nearly 5 years in prison for prescribing large doses of opiates to patients. He was an advocate of high-dose opiate treatment that he promoted as a guest on "60 Minutes." As far as I know, there were no death related to these prescriptions. This was a combined federal, state and local investigation.
With Leroy on his team, he will attempt to call Howie a “vortex public figure,” I’m sure. That’s what he used for the Ramseys, saying they were put into the news by no choice of their own, when their daughter was murdered.
Never mind that they went on CNN just days afterward to “thank the public” for their well-wishes, without ever mentioning the reward money or the search for JonBenet’s killer - which was, of course, supposed to be the focus of the interview.
Leroy and Howard can’t argue anything of the sort, even though Howie was, in truth, a hanger-on, known only because of his constant proximity to Anna Nicole, who courted the limelight. Since her death, he has done many paid exclusives with ET, which is even “worse” than just being stopped on the street for an impromptu comment on news related to Anna or the baby.
He was directly involved in the arrangements, location, set-up, taping, production, editing and everything else it took to put him on the media airwaves, including, most importantly, negotiating the contractual agreements and accepting the payments.
No way was any of this against his will.
I rnn across a whole bunch of pix I hadn’t seen before, not too long ago - and there were numerous ones from the faux ceremony.
Dr KE was right there, obnoard the boat, sitting in a group shot which is simlar to the one we’ve seen where ANS is holding Dannielynn, who is sooooo tiny and red-faced. There is also a youngish woman who is never identified - I really wonder who she is.
Also, the Goens were in some of them, and Pol’, Patrik and their dtr Shelby. Also, Moe and the black minister (my *assumption*, not confirmed) are in one or two. As far as “family,” I’m guessing that would be the two husbands, KE and whoever else those various people are.
I don’t think there was anyone blood-related to ANS or HKS there. There’s no way the PuterMonster will let me look for the photos again - it’s trying to shut down my post right now and has already locked me out of FR once - it’s also started with porn popups, which is new.
It was quiet for a while, then came back with a vengeance yesterday. I’ve been working hot & heavy on the Case Name List 3rd revision, but have to stay offline to do it. Makes me sick that I can’t do last-minute look-ups of things.
The picture becomes another object of "premeditation".
Funny how Howard has "just the perfect picture" to promote "a case of fatherhood". Yet, he appears in few pictures.
And three days later he would have "just the right picture" to prove that Anna, Danny and Dannie Lynn were "alive and well", eight hours before Danny died.
Why did Danny come in at night in the first place?? Why not the next morning when she was obviously to go to the Horizons? Why make Danny sleep in a chair at the hospital rather than a room at the Horizons?
Why make a video AFTER Danny died about Danny's problem with a girl? I remember her turning to Howard and saying: "Girl problems, right?
I think the preacher was a Gibson and the Captain was a Gibson, too. I think the original plan was "marriage at sea" and filing the license and certificate after the ceremony....in California. I did find an "exception" "in law, the exception being filing the license AFTER the ceremony.
I'm sure we'd find that the Minister and/or the Captain had the power to do so. I don't believe it is necessary to have it notarized in Ca. BUT, it might have required a personal appearance and that couldn't happen at this time......because I believe that Opri was now on the scene.
That's nice except he's done everything to STOP the inquest for Danny. That can never be said to be in HER interest....unless he wants to blurt out that it was Anna's meth that killed Danny and that any lies in Seidlin's court was to protect Anna's good name because "it was an accident".
No, he had abdicated his legal reponsibilities to her as a client to Ron Rale when he allegedly became her companion in 2000.
Who knows. Twists and Turns. TOOOO much stuff is left up to judges.
Scott was just atty for Daniel’s estate, which was apparently “nil.” And he was only that by default because Callenders & Co. at that point seemed to be the only Bahamian lawyers they knew yet.
Tracy Ferguson, also with Callenders, was listed as Daniel’s estate atty for a few weeks, as well.
Rale was still her “personal” attorney stateside.

After reading this very extensive list of unusual behavior and evidence - it was neither unreasonable or malicious to consider that one or both Ramseys might be involved in the death of their daughter.
Correction - it was not quite a Win for Lin, but a wussy settlement.

The lawsuit sought $80 million in damages.
Wood called the settlement a victory for the Ramseys and a repudiation of a theory naming them as the killers of their 6-year-old daughter at their Boulder home on Dec. 26, 1996.
Wood said that the libel claim was a gamble for the Ramseys , ****who would have had to prove their innocence to win the case.***** That the defendants decided to pay money is vindication for the Ramseys , Wood said.
There are so many cases that are settled out of court, it's pathetic, since ONE ATTORNEY can make it go on forever and the only way to make a nightmare end IS SETTLING.
I don't think O'Quinn will settle and Howard might withdraw the suit in the end. He doesn't want to get called to the stand.....ever. We already know too much...and we know Howard is a liar.
