A lot of the stuff in the first reports was all mixed up, with no way, even now, to sort out which part was true.
The main thing is that Howard *was there* when Anna was taken to the hospital and any normal “companion” “fiance” “baby daddy” - as he claimed to be - would’ve been in that ambulance with her, or following right behind in a private car.
His actions couldn’t be any more obvious, IMO.

What the h*ll did he mean: “we planned to have children” and then “Anna asked me to marry her - but it wasn’t the right time”.
If Anna had become Mrs. Larry Birkhead - that would have taken care of the bossy ‘Mr.Stern’. And what’s with that? Stern is the same age as Birkhead and he calls him Mister?
That interview was late January ‘07 and she was dead 2 weeks later. Very peculiar answers!
Because of my puter problems and all the storms we’ve had, I haven’t gotten a chance to follow up on the Benoit coverage at all, but I saw Sable’s husband on Inside Edition today with his list of 25 dead wrestlers he’d been in the ring with - all from heart attacks due to steroids or from suicide.
He’s demanding “something be done” but said the WWE washes its hands, saying everyone’s “clean,” meaning they all have prescriptions for whatever they’re taking.

From the beginning of this drama, we at FReeRepublic have not been so much interested in the tabloid Anna Nicole Smith. We want answers to the following:
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother /grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Failure to allow visitation opportunities to the biological maternal grandmother .
The deaths of two US citizens in jurisdictions outside the reach of US law enforcement should concern all of us.
Ha,ha,far be it from me to question the wisdom of like what? 150,000 FReepers over what’s important in our world today. I’ll leave the deep questions about Anna Nicole to folks more capable to answer them then I am !!!

It is a sickening rule. If it isn’t a fact and you don’t have a link you have to put it is your opinion. Before CTV closed down there were REASONABLE people and it was a problem on the ANS board. Then the trouble makers playing games invaded from the shut down and .. it now clones the bully board.
This article contradicts earlier reports that the arbitration was denied. It says Judge will decide by Tuesday.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge froze the half-million dollar account belonging to Debra Opri on Thursday, until it can be decided whether the money does indeed belong to Debra Opri, or to Larry Birkhead. Judge Charles C. Lee has said he will reach a decision by Tuesday as to whether or not he will order arbitration to settle the lawsuits from both parties involved in the case.
