The Ralph’s was one that was about halfway between KE’s house and her office. It’s also near Kapoor’s office.

Remember that Key Pharmacy in Valley Village (right there by Studio City and Encino, all near KE’s and Kapoor’s offices) had refused to fill the earlier prescriptions in the fall.

Yeah, there wasn’t a “house doctor” - the early reports were confused about who KE was - that she was a CA doctor.

Some reporters said KE was a friend, others said she was ANS’s personal doctor. They also mixed up bodyguards, paramedics, nurses and Brigitte.

I still see articles stating Brigitte was the nurse “on duty.” We haven’t seen anything that states Brigitte was a nurse - they don’t know the difference between Brigitte and Tas.

Again about the dance lesson - I mixed up two separate “reasons” for the dancing ... this is from Perper’s initial news release:

” ... Monday February 5, 2007: The day of air flight to U.S.A.

Miss Smith felt good. At 10:a.m. she had a dance lesson in preparation for an upcoming event for TrimSpa, and in anticipation of a music video that she intended to make. ...”

I still want to know how the arrangements were made for Daniel to visit Nassau.

Allegedly, HKS wasn’t allowing calls from Daniel to go through to ANS. Anna was saying to others in email or texts that she thought Daniel hated her. At one point, it was said they “weren’t speaking.”

She or HKS told the story that Daniel “called” and “asked” if he could come see his new baby sister and was “thrilled” that ANS “gave permission.”

If or when I find any of those transcripts or my notes, I will post them - that is just from memory.

Mainly, I want to know if Daniel really did call and somehow get through to Anna and get it set up to fly to The Bahamas (when normally, Daniel didn’t fly) and be picked up at such-and-such arrival time by HKS.

IOW, did Anna even know Daniel was coming? Or was it a “surprise” by HKS? Or did HKS himself initiate the invitation, for whatever other purposes than seeing the baby, or having some marketable photos taken?

We really need to hear from Ray Martino as to whether there was any truth to HKS’s claim that Daniel was going to move to The Bahamas and go to college there. Absolutely no one else has stated this or confirmed it - in fact, someone else said he was thinking of joining the military.

I want answers, blast it! Inquest, inquest, inquest!

The pick-up of King Eric, Brigitte and the mystery man has always been a bugaboo for me. When Moe did his first interviews, he never mentioned going to the airport when giving his timeline of morning activities.

It seems like that was a huge chunk of time that couldn’t be overlooked.

I had been under the impression for several days into the case that Howie *had been* the one to go pick them up at the airport. We didn’t find out until much later that it was Moe and Tas who went. Or did Tas actually go?

She said she did, in the GVS interview, but I was always under the impression that Brigitte was a total stranger to her when she was waiting out in the living room for “Anna to wake up” so she could visit with her.

Tas had at least had some time to talk with Brigitte in the car on the way from the airport, it would seem.

Strangest to me was when Moe said “Miss Anna” wasn’t “allowed in the water” in the Horizons pool - she was to stay on her floatie thing at all times.

I’m sure it’s because of the “seizures,” but what precipitated this rule in the first place? Had she almost drowned some other previous time, when trying to swim or at least, float?

Wow, someone who can’t swim going out on boats in the ocean is scary to me - yet we hear about people drowning all the time who did exactly that. Seems like they’d either stay away from the water or learn to swim.

What drives me nuts is that KE was one of the last people if not the last to see Daniel before he left for the Bahamas. He had a stomach ache. He didn't want to go.

It sounds like either he comes now or we'll shut the door. In truth, he had to die in the hospital...and not at the horizons.

And like I said before....Good thing Howard took pictures that night. It sure paid off. Like the "wedding" photos, everyone was alive and happy.

There was a sentence somewhere and I think that Howard said it. "Daniel was thrilled to have a "blood" relative." VERY STRANGE WORDS!!

You mean ‘who started the ball rolling?’

It had to be HK$ - he wanted to lure Daniel to foreign soil. It would be interesting to have the records of flight reservations and phone calls.

How convenient that “Howie - the chauffeur” was able to pick Daniel up from the airport. Why not a cab?? What was Howie’s usual MO. Did he chauffeur a lot? Was Moe in the Bahamas then?

If it was not HK$ who arranged Daniel’s trip - he sure turned it to his advantage....with help from a nice dose of Methadone.

I thought so too when it was first reported. But, using my theory that liars include smidgens of truth in their fiction:

Consider that Daniel may have said; “You can’t keep all of my mother’s blood relatives away from her and the baby!”

Howie has included parts of Anna’s, Daniel’s and others’ conversations to weave his tapestry of lies.

I think the blood thing is somehow related to how they were able to obtain the sample of Anna’s DNA. That was a hassle, too. Debra Opri was pretty smart on this point. I’m sure it was Howard that protested taking Anna’s DNA sample.

Like the "he said he was real tired"...."and in hindsight, I should have thought more about it". Since when does tired equate with death??

Bet Danny said "Oh, I feel dizzy".

Absolutely, everything HK$ claimed; i.e. whereabouts, conversations, assets, planned marriage, et al. should be verified by LE investigators. That goes for KE & LB as well.

There have been some terrific organizers contributing to this thread for the past 6 months. If I had an inkling we would still be waiting for Daniel’s inquest 11 months after his death - I would have kept a more comprehensive record.

I suppose it’s not too late to pull all the interviews etc., to compare first statements to official documents.

OR as you suggest, did they and have something to hide?

Either way, it is not mentioned and neither is the chair. Very odd, one item maybe, but TWO. Then we have the pills not there when Taz is there but appear when the cops appear. Somehow I don’t think Anna contracted any special powers when she ‘pleasured’ the magician.

I don’t believe for one minute that Anna made that decision.

Option 1) Moe, Howie and Khristine stripping her naked and dumping her in a bathtub?

Option 2) Dignified, professional care in a licensed hospital.

The excuse that she didn’t want publicity is a crock - the hospital would not have respected her privacy.

When hospitalized in the Bahamas for “pneumonia” press releases were provided by Ron Rales & Howie.

The Stern Team makes stuff up as the situation demands.

Considering the way Perper was acting, his obvious liason with the biased court, I wouldn’t be surprised if JQ got DO to get that DNA for more reasons that one.
