From the transcript below - it is a little ambiguous only if there had been a phone conversation on 2/7 during the ice-bath discussion with Moe - but I believe Taz would have mentioned it.
And, the phrase; “It’s great to finally meet you” leads one to believe it was a face-to-face encounter.

I sure hope so. If Great stays on top of this and other sites - like us! - then maybe it will spur something. Look what happened with the Duke lacross case. That thing would surely have gone away had not the case gotten the national attention it did. I also think that Scott Peterson would still be a free man if not for the national attention.
You know, my hubby and I were talking about the case and he said that they could do another autopsy of ANS. I said THAT depended on what the Bahamas will let the US do. THey aren’t under our jurisdiction and maybe that is what HKS is banking on - for both ANS and Daniel.

I believe Howard just laid there and watched him die. Boy, good thing he took the pictures that night and good thing Danny died in the hospital and not the Horizons...because you can bet your booties, she wouldn’t have wanted to stay in that house. (So now we know another reason that Danny died at the hospital...a place which limits access....Kinda like a Florida hotel ....security, private rooms, limited access.

On July 16, Supreme Court Justice John Lyons will hear arguments from representatives from the Office of the Attorney General and lawyers for Howard K. Stern in Mr. Stern’s Constitutional challenge to the Coroners Act.
Mr. Stern, the lawyer/lover of the late Bahamian permanent resident Anna Nicole Smith, is challenging the Coroners Act as unconstitutional because it doesn’t allow the coroner to question a coroner’s jury.
The inquest into the death of Ms. Smith’s 20-year-old son Daniel Wayne Smith has been on hold since Mr. Stern’s legal team raised the issue of wanting the coroner – in this instance Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez – to make the jury answer a questionnaire.

I’d like to know when KE made the reservation. Obviously, whatever BUSINESS she had in Ca wasn’t very important because she was back in Florida within a few hours.
I agree with Harvey that Kapoor got set up. Boy, that picture of him appeared early....and I don’t think that we had heard of KE at the time. If we did, it was as a “friend” of Anna’s not as a drug pushing Medical doctor.
The trick with her leaving is that she had planned to stay through the date of death at least. The room became available to Moe and Taz because she had left UNEXPECTANTLY. So when did she pack? How did she get to the airport? When did she purchase her tickets? When did she land in Ca because she said she called that night to inquire about Anna........and the next morning, too.
