Unless he promised LB he would pursue a settlement - there was the original $81million award that Anna declined. Elaine Marshall might just want to get rid of the contamination (after all, she - like Anna, only married into the family).
Like Virgie said “That Marshall money is cursed” and Larry is about to have an epiphany.
ATLANTA - The personal doctor of a pro wrestler who killed his wife and son before committing suicide was charged Monday with improperly dispensing painkillers and other drugs to other patients.
The seven-count indictment said Dr. Phil Astin, physician to wrestler Chris Benoit, dispensed drugs including Percocet, Xanax, Lorcet and Vicoprofen between April 2004 and September 2005. The recipients were identified in the indictment by the initials O.G. and M.J.; Benoit’s initials were not listed.
He is being charged...how come they didnt go after KE rite away after ANS’s death?!?!??!
Not only that...the methadone in the Bahamas was ILLEGAL in itself....and I believe it was in Howard’s name.

Cannot believe that this a.m., GRETCHEN on F&F actually mentioned ‘the doctors’ in the Anna Nicole Smith deaths and questioned why ‘they’ had not been investigated aka Dr. Astin in the Benoit case.
Maybe she needs to get an email for her quite rare, intelligent question.

There was nothing earth shattering about Judge Seidlin...someone was disputing the accusations against him as being made by someone with a grudge.

Many of us have wondered how come someone as disgusting as Howard Stern has gotten away with so many things. This by itself deserves to be looked into. Too much of a coincidence although not nearly as shocking as the fact that two young persons died in his presence.

I’m not going to try to do a fancy html message for that, although I would like to! I’ll feel lucky if I can get this to post.
The PuterMonster is still doing its “thing” to my browser, with its new trick being to shut down FR every time I pull it up. I have to try to “trick” it by copying the ANS url and using it in another window until “it” catches on and shuts that one down, too. I’ve tried everything, but all the scans just say it is a “generic trojan horse” with no name. So, “I’ve been to the desert on this horse with no name”!
I tried to keep a Notepad list of comments on posts I wanted to reply to, but I kept having to shut down, and kept losing everything, just compounding the problem.
I did get O’Q’s atty’s names for the CNL, which I still hope to post when I can - it just won’t be as comprehensive as I would like, as far as the very, very latest on many of the entries. I just can’t search or open the websites I need to use.
One thing I meant to say was about the “invasion of privacy” thing in the Leroy suit against O’Q - I think HKS was harping on the topic of ANS’s medical records, trying to “protect” whatever her “secret” condition or illness was that he didn’t want revealed. When O’Q asked in Seidlin’s circus about “Dr Christian,” whom he called a “male,” (thus eliminating Dr KE, who wouldn’t be a man named Khristine), HKS nearly blinked (that’s the extent of his emotionalism).
He apparently knows “something” about whatever this “condition” was. I have a feeling it wasn’t anything that needed to be such a closely guarded secret, especially after her death - and it may not have existed at all. It was most likely something that caused her seizures, which she or someone explained away instead of noting that they came from massive continuous drug withdrawals.
But be prepared for HKS to make it into some “never-before-revealed bombshell” for dramatic purposes or an ET “lost video” episode he can get paid for. It will be BS, whatever it is.
And I *do* think this “allegation” probably did come from the investigation into possible insurance policies. I don’t know if Don Clark (Hou ex-FBI) is/was involved in that or not, but someone on O’Q’s Virgie team would be. Haven’t seen Clark on his TV gig much lately, so maybe he is busy with Virgie work. Hard to tell.
I just hope we get all the details of this lawsuit, and not a puffed-up lying Leroy press release saying it was settled and HKS won!
Let’s see - anything else? Since I just get one post every now and then until this puter is fixed, I try to put in everything I can think of, lol. Oh, Patti LaBelle was on one of the morning shows doing a concert last week and dedicated “Walk Around Heaven” to a couple of people - musicians who had died, such as Luther Vandross, and then “Anna Nicole.” It seemed out of the clear blue, so caught my attention.
Anyway, I have no idea how HKS gets away with crap, except that his nothingness seems to fly under radar - he’s not worth paying any attention to, until something bad happens. Also, he just wears people down.

You just identified the phenomenon that is HK$. He is just there..a big blob of ectoplasm...and when his plans go bad..he hires a mouthpiece...he doesn’t actually write opinions, briefs or file papers....he just is...like a giant smirking phantom.
