I never was a big carb-eater, so maybe that’s the key.

I’m having major puter problems now, with nasty web pages opening at random, after a wrestling link I clicked last night on FR for the guy who died.

I’ve been thru puter hell for the past 4 hours trying to get rid of something it installed - that’s gone, but after several reboots, it’s opening these “hard body” and “singles” web pages.

“Just sayin’” that if I disappear for more than just the T-storms, that’s why. Have no one to help me or fix it, so don’t know what will happen. My spyware says it got rid of it, but it didn’t. *oh well*

Sure hope today’s quickie court appearance for the Inquest really is just that, since I can’t possibly do the CNL revision in time, with this going on.

Try directory.com you can check the prefix of any US area code there. It shows the CA prefix of 818 is Van Nuys (easy to confuse because the area code is 818 too).

Something just not right about that Will and the transactions that accompied it.

What bothers me the most is that Stern is appointed guardian of Daniel on the LAST or next to last page. Those are the pages I'd be looking at for discrepancies.

Would also like to know what else was going on at the time Anna signed that will AND if the witnesses were actually present WITH ANNA on the day she signed.

Remember, those witnesses do not read the will..or know anything about its content so just read the last page where they sign off.

I'd also take a look at all the initials on each page. All Anna markings should be done in the same pen.

Today's the day that something is supposed to happen in the Bahamas. I do not imagine that Howard will be there...just in case they say the inquest begins tomorrow. They can't compel Howard to return to and testify at the inquest if he's in the USA.

What ever happened to the Horizons? Since none of our players are living there, isn't that like acknowledging "no interest".

Shelly & ?? aren't stupid either. They just may have something on Howard and KE that we don't know about. Maybe they want the inquest to occur first to get some stuff out into the open air....like Howard flushing stuff down the toilet??

Hey Sod...I was just reading Anna's will again. There appears to be a lot of numbers (sections etc) that don't match..(different type). Section 5 and 7 in particular.

Never sure if I'm reading this legal stuff right but noticed that Insurance policies are payable to the executor....and it seems to read like he could claim any of Danny's policies, too. NO ONE has ever mentioned any policies on Danny.

Your rite...alot of differences...I guess i meant the same as in he killed her and played along in the beginning (probably his son said more than the police reported) as to not knowing and acting all upset about it. They say the girl involved will play a big part in sending him off to jail. Too bad for him he had witnesses and good for Jessie and her baby and family that she was found and can be laid to rest. Eventually we will hear more about what happen.
I just remember Scott Peterson's face during the time they looked for Lacey and Connor and after finding her. Bobby Cutts has the same demeanor.

This whole ANS story is odd. And what gets me is how HKS may get away with everything. He seems to be able to control things that he should not be able to have a say in.

I think it's all the side deals///the confidentiality agreements he's likely made. Things that we will never see that have kept him active in this. He should have disappeared a long time ago.

I think it may take some time, but sooner or later, he'll get caught bigtime. I'm hoping sooner. I think is forte is "blackmailing".
