Busy writing their book, I’m sure. The one that will leave you scratching your head when you try to look up “Neven, Brigitte” in the index in the back, lol!
It’s 2 months ago, but I probably missed this during my several vacations. We have to hope that O’Quinn has done his homework. We had suspected O’Q was goading Howie into this.

Howard K. Stern went to federal court in Florida Friday, charging he was defamed by the attorney for the mother of his late companion, Anna Nicole Smith.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, Fla., seeks compensatory and punitive damages for slander and invasion of privacy, Stern’s attorney, L. Lin Wood said in a news release. The lawsuit claims John O’Quinn, representing Virgie Arthur, made accusations of murder and other misconduct about Stern on national television shows.
“As stated in the complaint filed today, Mr. O’Quinn’s accusations against Mr. Stern are false and Mr. Stern seeks to hold him accountable ...,” Wood said in the statement.
The only object I can see with this suit was to use it as background: the grounds for Howard's challenging the jury at the inquest.
There were and are only a few million people who continue to call and believe that OJ murdered his wife.....and that is after the trial.
I too believe there are reasonable grounds to believe that Howard murdered both Anna and Daniel. This in no way effects Howard and there is no loss to him. He has no reputation.
Maybe O’Q decided to “goad the toad” to get his sworn statement in a court of law....and a countersuit for wrongful death.
But....Larry will never follow up on behalf of Dannielynn. As we have discussed before, only Billy Smith could file on behalf of Daniel’s wrongful death. Don’t believe Virgie has standing.
The good part is that there is no statute of limitations on Murder.
It continues to boggle my mind that these deaths were BOTH deemed accidental. It's bull....and everyone knows it.

LOS ANGELES — Former foes Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern sat side-by-side in a courtroom Tuesday as a commissioner admitted Anna Nicole Smith’s will to probate and ordered that Birkhead, father of the late model’s daughter, would be guardian of the estate while Stern serves as executor of her will.
“The will dated July 30th, 2001, is admitted to probate,” said Superior Court Commissioner Mitchell L. Beckloff.
The step begins a process in which Smith’s assets will be identified and the court will determine how they should be distributed. The will left the entirety of her estimated $710,000 in assets to her now-deceased son.
Smith also noted in the will, “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted,”
Beckloff said he will notify Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, of his action in case she wants to intervene legally.
But a lawyer for Stern and the estate, Bruce Ross, said he believes Arthur has no standing in the case.
Smith gave birth to daughter Dannielynn in September, a few days before the death of son Daniel, 20, in the Bahamas. In February, Smith died at age 39 in Florida. Stern, her lawyer and companion, initially claimed to be Dannielynn’s father, but Smith’s ex-boyfriend Birkhead eventually showed he was the father and is now raising the child.

LOS ANGELES — When Larry Birkhead looks at his 9-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, he sees her mother, Anna Nicole Smith.
“She has long legs and chubby little toes exactly like Anna’s; it’s like a mirror image,” Birkhead tells OK! magazine in its latest issue. “It’s really incredible. And I think her lips are her mom’s lips; especially when she pouts. ... She also gets what she wants exactly like her mom always did as soon as she’d pout.”

Well, after being on “pinz-n-needlez” over the “new woman in Dannielynn’s life”, a little birdie called the Natl Enquirer is telling others that LB has a GF and it’s just a matter of time before DL has a new stepmom!
According to the tab, it’s a childhood friend from KY and friend of the family named Dana Lynn(e) Walker. Cute, sounding so much like Dannielynn!
I asked someone parenthetically if she might be a Schilling - and guess what. She is. Her mom is remarried to one of the family, the current “main man.” That is the lobster dinner brood in Ft Lauderdale, altho I think it’s really Boca *wink wink*.
