We aren’t alone sod. There is a gal at CL that agrees with us for the most part. MissMarple. We are trying to come up with a plan. There has to be ONE jounalist left on this earth that gives a hoot, doesn’t there?
I have a sick feeling VA gave up or JQ in sunk in a bottle somewhere. LB and HKS were awful sure of themselves before court. Moving the day before etc. I think it LB’s media ploy about the PI following him was reversed. I think THEY have a PI on VA and somehow know that side is dead somehow.
I have great faith that the Powers Above will intervene somehow. It may be via Virgie or someone unseen at this point but it will happen.

There was a news reporter early one that said right out he talked to a Radio Promoter that had seen ANS that morning and she was fine, nothing unusual. Then nothing more said. What happened to that? Was it nbc6 maybe? Anyone else remember that?
What I don’t have figured out is FS / Thompson roles. Fighting one minute and offering planes the next. Something not right there either but the light hasn’t flicked on here yet.
LB signed the first agreement with OD sept 29th.
Read his early statements. It was not a custody case, it was only paternity. All his comments were geared to being acknowledged the Dad with visiting rights.
Yes, I believe it was part of the pretend battle with hks to keep ans terrified with fears. Let’s face it, under pressure she would volunatarily want more drugs. All the more to feed the drug addict image they would need and also weaken her for control.

so hks has him sign an agreement almost TWO yrs after he is sleeping with Anna. I don’t buy it. And the so called other agreements were never produced even when ANS was still alive. I don’t believe there are any other ones. I think it was part of the scam to fool anna.

Oh, ha ha. Didn’t see your post. I was back-reading and saw the question about the date.
Have bad hands today and may have storms yet again later on, so haven’t had much to say.
Look at that date again. When was the supposed “conception” date??
CrimeLibrary. It is a separate section of CTV but a MUCH better board! Slow, not busy battles and more those that are like minded to us and methodically searching for something.

Because Anna’s unexpected death and then the burial circus tended to overshadow the happenings just a few days before, it seems we forget also the incredible turmoil in just those two days, Feb 6 and Feb 7, preceding.
That’s when the Birkhead confidentiality agreements were revealed (again, I think); when the demands for DNA were getting more forceful and more often; and there had just been yet another hearing.
Then on Wed night, LB was on ET - they had gotten the 1/3/06 document and he was responding. This is when he said she had been PG once before with his child and had gotten drunk, then jumped up and down on a trampoline to force a miscarriage.
HKS called LB and told him she had fallen off a ladder and lost the baby. This was all on the TV airwaves the night before ANS died.
I really think these things should’ve been taken into consideration by Perper in his questioning of HKS, especially. HKS was presenting himself to the world as ANS’s life partner, commitment partner, whatever, AND as the father of Dannielynn.
As much as ANS *should have been* feeling desperate to escape, so *should HKS have been,* to save face from all his lies.
Then
New Year’s two days before the contract.
of course LB claimed he did not know she was PJ until his Valentine’s Day story. Or at least that was one version. Another he told he made it sound like he didn’t know when they broke up, then turns around and offers other stories about shopping for baby things. His stories changed!
He claimed she said within 48 hours that she was PG (like 1/3/06) but that he thought it was a false alarm and blew it off.
Then she took another home pregnancy test 3 weeks later and it was still true - so that’s when he said he believed it. In fact, that would’ve been on his and Daniel’s birthday, 1/22/06, when he said she ate all the cake and he “knew.”

Holy Cow! I missed that one Rte66. I didn’t know she lost the baby from a drunken act.
I missed a lot of the tv things though.

Birkhead recalled, “She says, ‘It’s not gonna hurt me, it’s not gonna hurt the baby,’ and then I looked down again, about an hour later and she’s had so much alcohol that she’s jumping up and down on a trampoline. Did LB give a date or timeframe in that story for the miscarriage?
