Had another thought - how come Virgie is crucified for Anna’s ‘terrible’ early life and no-one is criticized for doing nothing to save her during those last, horrifying hours?
The last straw will be Anna's statement to the police which likely occurred well after Daniel's death. (Knowing Howard, it's probably a video). She will say how wonderful Howard was during the whole thing and completely exonerate him. He will not show for the inquest and neither will LB or KE.
Remember, I said that I thought the tape where Howard says: "If I had anything to do with Daniel's death, do you think Anna would protect me?" was released "accidently".
The whole thing stinks doesn't it and this Ca reunion appears to be a meet for "Plan B"....with the Director present and accounted for.

I understood the inquest (with a jury) to be more like a grand jury and the jurors determine manner of death i.e. accident, natural, suicide or homicide.
Only if it is ruled a homicide will there be a further investigation into the likely suspects. Watch for Howard to say that Anna gave Daniel her drinking cup by mistake.

When I noted the date of the custody matter and the inquest matter were so close, I wondered if they could detain him for the inquest. Bet that was the case and the real reason that the custody hearing date is now totally unknown.
Howard wants the inquest to come first where the death will be deemed accidental by the now unbiased jury. Unbiased in this case is another way of saying they have now been intimidated....and since they could REALLY care less about Anna and/or Danny...why risk messing up their lives. Very clever...Kinda like "early history" soundings...Keep the masses "uneducated". It makes them more cooperative.
Once the matter is over, Howard can get on with her assets in the Bahamas...which will be zip.
IMHO, Howard took the money already and is splitting it between himself, KE and LB. Of course, the biggest cut goes to Howard.

Perhaps we don’t believe “all the facts” and prefer to make up our own minds based on actual interviews we’ve seen. At least that’s where I’m at. Supposedly, Horizons had to wait until someone was officially named to represent Anna’s estate in the turmoil - which would be sometime after tomorrow, when the will is opened for probate in L.A., which will then have to be resealed in The Bahamas.
P.S. I saw the tail end of ET tonight, as hard as I tried to miss it, and it was footage of HKS, backwards because it wasn’t an ET *exclusive* - so they had about 2 seconds of him *backing* out of a car and getting Dannielynn out, at which point the coverage was terminated, because he was about to turn around unexpectedly, which would cost money.
The nanny, Roxie - I *think* - was standing behind him the whole time. IOW, it was a photo op of him handling Dannielynn before giving her back to the nanny - and it doesn’t count, of course, because it was just of HKS’s back.
*Howiever,* there was advertising on the back of his T-shirt which I just couldn’t read. Never fear, he got his cut out of the deal.
I feel better having seen the nanny. Before, I thought she was just seen with LB on Geraldo, but the OPs who posted that elsewhere may have meant HKS. I didn’t see the mini-ET (Insider) earlier today and also don’t know if Access H’wood was also treated to HKS’s back. Howie’s T-shirt: *I’m baaacckkk!* My graffiti: *Yeah, bacckk wards!*
I’m in till the inquest also. I look forward to checking this thread several times a day to see what’s happening, and I hope we discuss the inquest afterwards too!

AMEN! How about pictures of HKS driving Dannielynn to Anna’s Studio City house while Larry follows behind with the moving van, as a ‘source’ that Larry and HKS might have ‘made a deal’???
It’s hard to completely defend Larry when he has basically invited HKS to participate in every aspect of Dannielynn’s life. My memory is not short-term enough to forget that HKS was present at 2 suspicious deaths, who happened to be Dannielynn’s Mother and Brother. Nor have I forgotten that he lied repeatedly and falsified a birth certificate in an attempt to steal Larry’s child, and then held the child hostage in the Bahamas until his lies and every legal loophole he could find were exhausted. IMO, even the most die-hard Larry fans should be VERY UPSET that Larry is allowing HKS to put DL in a car and drive off with her, not to mention visit her any time he wishes in her late mother’s house, and be involved in her up-bringing and future.
Forgot to give the “Puppy Update (Pupdate?)” that I happened to read.
I think it was the Bald Truth person who claimed to have been talking to HKS on the phone while HKS was at Horizons last week. A bunch of dogs were allegedly yelping, so the BT guy asked about them.
Allegedly, they are all there, alive and well, according to the post I read: Sugar Pie, Marilyn, Puppy and Frankie (I guess HKS can’t bring himself to call Frankie by his given name, out of professional courtesy - it’s Frankenstein).
Just the messenger here, so don’t shoot me if it turns out to be a hoax. Those dogs have been on videotape a lot, so who’s to say he wasn’t just playing an old video? I hope it’s true, tho, that the pups are fine.
*Too much* for a town that size. Hope the streak of premature deaths is over now. Pray for the town.
I sincerely hope the CA board of Medicine is flooded with the efforts and concerns of many! This will not let them sweep this one under the rug at least.
