Are you saying that Virgie, as the mother of Anna, can’t file a wrongful death suit without being a guardian/have custody of Anna and Larry’s child?
Will check around a bit. No matter what, KE has to be the middleman between “private” conversations between Anna and herself....and reporting back to Howard. There are two specific instances: -Talking her into marrying Howard and -telling Howard the will should be updated. The reason she said she mentioned it to Howard was because she (KE) was updating hers. I think the will bit is on a “taped” telephone call. Why was the call saved??? Oh...so we could hear it.
And what ever happened to "My Sweet Kentucky Home"???
The next big Larry move will be to move both Anna and Daniel to California....where they should have been and intended to be in the first place. It'll come...but not until after the inquest....if that ever happens.

Correct - based on many prior comments by posters with either legal expertise or research they performed.
IIRC The claimant/plaintiff must be the closest surviving relative or representative of the decedant’s estate -which is no longer Virgie herself but DL.

Why would Larry want to move the bodies of Anna and Daniel?
A “ploy” of just laziness on the part of the reporters. So many distorted facts from the media.

She needs more media savvy lawyers. Where are the endless accusations against:
Larry for getting Anna pregnant while she was a drug addict?
Larry for behaving badly?
HK$ for filming Anna drugged and nuts?
HK$ for isolating Anna from Daniel, Virgie and other family & friends (including Larry)?
HK$ for giving Anna lousy legal advice?
HK$ for being a kept sissyman?
KE for prescribing killer drugs to a pregnant woman?
I don’t know about Larry but I know I would. I think Dannielynn should be able to visit her brother and mother without having to go all the way to the Bahamas. I got the feeling during the trial Larry believed she wanted to be buried in California but that since Daniel would be in the Bahamas that’s where she would want to be. Sad that Stern had Anna believing they couldn’t afford to send Daniel back to the USA. Maybe after this thing with Virgie and Larry cools down they can get started on that. Larry could petition for Dannielynn for Anna but I think Daniel’s dad would have to petition for Daniel.
I don’t think it’s just lazyness. I think it’s more. They need a villian. Stern is off limits because they are scared of L. Wood so all of their vitriol is directed at Virgie.
I think we can all agree by saying “ARGH!!”.
I’d forgotten about L. Wood. He sure dried up the media with regard to HKS.

Regarding later posts, I wonder if anyone has kept a record of how many times Harvey Levin and Art Harris have made misstatements or just plain misled the public with their bias? Levin has been a HKS supporter from the gitgo.
Harvey Levin made the comment that the opinion of the people who visit his site doesn’t matter because they are uninformed or something to that effect. I think it was regarding the Paris situation. That sparked a mini firestorm over there.
Did you watch Geraldo At Large Saturday night? When they began taping LB in the swimming pool with DL, the camera moved to Craig Rivera, and I thought I saw a black haired man in the pool beyond Craig. They immediately switched the camera back to LB and DL, but I have been wondering if that was HKS. Now that I've read he's in CA., I would not be surprised if he wasn't visiting or staying over at ANS' former home!
If it were me, I would let it go and make a yearly pilgrimage to the cemetery in the Bahamas to pay my respects. Why throw thousands more dollars to lawyers and courts, not to mention the costs to exhume the coffins and transport them to the States. You could make a lot of trips to the Bahamas with those dollars. A court of law determined that DL’s mother and brother would be buried together in the Bahamas;perhaps Larry wants to teach DL to respect Anna’s wishes. Just my opinion.
