I went with an attorney and for 10 years. He was always going to night court, getting midnight calls etc.. It's a very difficult business to "schedule". The judge will know "exactly" what she means. Her wording is "proper" and "correct". The case was not a 9-5 job.
It could be that the reason that apartment had no sheets is that it was just a “sleeping” place for LB and “friends”.
Wonder what Bryon is doing today?? Streaking Larry’s hair? Or admiring his new, clean sheets. :-)
Whether or not a sample of Daniel’s hair was analyzed with the autopsy has been one of the biggest questions - if not THE biggest question - we have *all* had since the beginning.
It is just incomprehensible that this inquest has been strung out all this time. I think we have to just believe that God will have a hand in making it right, *somewhere in time.*
Sure would like to know the thread count on those bed linens!
Do you remember what the guy’s name was that said he and LB were lovers?
I've been "mixed up" about this case so much it's pathetic. I had thought LB was a pretty nice guy until he began being buddies with HKS. I thought he had goofed big time when he let Opri go, because I thought (and still do) that HKS would manipulate him. He kept insisting he hadn't made a deal with HKS, but facts seem to indicate he has lied about this. I was shocked at the size of DO's bill, but here again, I'm not familiar with attorney fees.
When they kept criticizing Virgie for filing so many lawsuits, I continued to support her, but I did wonder if I might be wrong. You never wavered in your support for her, and you've been right. I'm glad I didn't criticize her, and I hope her lawyer's are keeping a close eye on the maneuvering by HKS and LB. I am really concerned about what DannieLynn will be subjected to. She wouldn't have had an ideal life with ANS...we know this from what Daniel went through. I thought Birkhead should have been given custody since he is the biological father, but I hope someone will monitor his care of her and her money!

I’m laughing at the towel thing. I bought all mine at a sale. A motel was going out of business and I got about 50 professionally laundered towels and washcloths (all white) for $5. I’m a clorox freak and wear white pants everyday also so they fit right in with my “laundry pattern”.
They were going to show the movie about Anna's life with Danny's death scene at one time...and I believe it was going to happen before the inquest. Talk about "prejudicing" a jury...because ONLY HOWARD could have written Danny's death scene!!!
Do I have to have cable for this?? Or do I have to go to the local bar and “make a deal” with the “keeper of the remote”.
I had a 10 month old "new life" at the time...my first born. I thought it was kind of God to give me her at the time.
When my dad died, my new, first granddaughter was 10 months old. God never sends cards...just gifts.
I had a difficult time when my dad died because I had been a "Daddy's girl" bigtime, and I got mixed up and thought God had taken him because I had loved him too much. When we were expecting our first baby 3 years later, I started worrying that I would love her too much and God would take her from me...grief can make you think irrationally! My husband helped with this problem by reminding me that 'this baby belonged to God first, and that He was entrusting her to us to bring up for Him'. This truth has guided me in bringing up both our daughters the best I could and teaching His "gifts" right from wrong. I spent many hours on my knees when they were sick, and when they went away to college! Now I'm doing the same for my grandsons...they are being exposed to so much more than I can even imagine!
I had not thought about it until you suggested it, but this is probably why I couldn't think harshly about Virgie...we're grandmothers!

Pinging everyone to remind you that Larry and Dannielynn Birkhead will be appearing on Greta Van Susteren tonight.
Here in the cheap seats, I got a bit of a glimpse into the GVS interview with Larry and Dannielynn tonight.
ET, which I *chose* to watch because I saw a preview of Dannielynn, lol, not because I *had to* watch it for new ANS case info, had a snippet.
I hope that any FReepers who watch the Greta interview will let me know whether Larry *ever ever* takes his hands away from his mouth when speaking. He did *not* at any point in the clips they showed on ET, which made it hard to understand some of what he said, as if he’s mumbling.
I *thought* I heard him say he loved Anna Nicole “too much,” but that can’t be right. I hope he means he feels that way about Dannielynn.
Second thing - I can tell you who Dannielynn looks just like *now,* at 9 months old - Virgie!
