You know fluffy, we can see this, know it, feel it, analyze it and yet when it is confirmed it still never ceases to surprise me. Cynical brain, soft heart I suppose.
I almost fell for it. In my mind I kept reasoning out every excuse for him. UNTIL, the ‘talks’ and when I seen him myself turned overnight. The day they stood outside the FL court is when I saw what was coming. In just a day or two he proved me right .. his sudden turning on VA. That followed w/his constant praise of hks. There was no denying what was right there for me. He has not done a thing since that was decent and has done everything to prove to me he is the creep I suspected he was.
I’m going to predict that neither Howard nor Larry will attend the inquest.
I "wish" also that since we've had this recent little expose on Larry, someone hands the judges for the custody thing...the pending petition by Opri showing Larry's "true colors" AND, I hope it effects the proceedings somehow. I also think the judges should give the "fine" back to Virgie.
I still think about the pictures of Howard feeding Anna with a straw and the screaming: "Your Mommy's Dead" at Dannie Lynn. Howard is a sick SOB and I'll bet what he has on Larry would blow the custody battle to pieces. Howard had Larry by the b****. He has KE, too. He's just one happy black mailer.
Now we know why Howard wanted to make sure that Virgie was eliminated from everything.
Oh, by the way...When Virgie visited Daniel's grave, they said there were flowers on it put there by Larry?? Is that right?? Do you believe it at this point??
I thought before, hks might, but now with the knowledge that LB was bargaining testimony ...this could be brought up to the jury. Heck, the Baha’s may not even want LB there now.

Oh, I think LB did put the flowers there, but it was most likely a ploy of some kind - because I do not believe for one minute that he would’ve gone there *just to do that* (had to be there for paternity stuff) and more than that, because it was *his own* birthday and that calls more attention to himself, not Daniel.
Maybe he lives with Byron in LB’s “old apartment”, tee hee. Or did Byron get to move into Anna’s, too? And Howie, too?
Reading Opri’s petition explained one fact that always bothered me...Larry’s saying the Daniel was depressed or something negative like that. The puzzle is beginning to make sense. Occam’s razor. The simplest explanation is true. And now we have the fact that a small amount of methadone can kill. Did the autopsy on Daniel include a hair sample? Was his hair clean of methadone? Undoubtedly.
The only thing left to prove is whether Daniel’s death was accidental. I’m still not convinced. We need one more fact. If the inquest goes forward, if, we will likely get this fact.
This whole thing is making me sick. We have our noses in some nasty business here. A lesson that human depravity exists, and that things aren’t always what they seem.

Yes..it doesn’t bother me so much if Larry is secretly gay. What does disturb me is that he had no sheets in his apt! ? Did he throw them out or is he just plain disgusting? It’s disturbing that he won custody of the baby.
I saw the pic of Byron. At least he put together a business and works for a living. That’s a heck of a lot better than being a grifter.
Thanks, Nature, for posting this. I have just finished reading it, and I'm convinced that's one helluva mess going on with LB, HKS, and Opri! I'm no fan of LB's in the least, but I did notice some exaggerations in her claims, i.e., on page 7, line 20, it reads, 'that the Birkhead case was a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week' job. It's probably just a facetious comment, but not totally true. If everything she claims is true, Larry is even more of a jerk than I suspected. I think we have an idea now of what HKS had on LB....BYRON!
I imagine we'll have a lot of interesting posts on this thread after Greta's show Monday night! I'll be here reading all of them!
I hope John O'Quinn has assigned some of the best attorneys in his firm to look after Virgie's interests. After all the criticism and scorn that has been heaped on her by HKS, LB, and others via the media, she is being proved to be the most honest and decent person in this entire saga.

Depravity.. yes, I agree! I have thought for a long time this is much bigger and darker than most could imagine. When the police and ME cover up a crime.. you can bet it has several rotten eggs being buried with it. I think we have only scratched the surface. Will it ever be uncovered, only time will tell. I feel like it will be years if ever.

I would be very cautious. I did a zaba search - Byron Williams in CA comes back with ‘too many’ narrow your search. I believe that means over 200 or 500 returns, something like that.
Gay people can be very loving decent people. However, if he pretended to be something he was not, created a fairy tale love for Anna, that I want to know. Not that I don’t already KNOW him to be a liar and expect this to add to the long list of lies he told / tells.

YW. It blew me away. I don’t believe everything in there needed to be there for her legal battle but I am sure she has a clever reason for each portion.
24/7 - I can see easily where that is true. It was a big case. Covered two states and two countries. She had other cases going too at the time. This was not her only case. On page 13 she had to be ready to fly out to FL on a Sunday. Days of being in court all day then on TV that night. Available by cell to bozo and supervising the entire case with other Atty’s in two countries, negotiating media deals, hiring and supervising house remakes etc. Add to all that having to shop, prep and remake bozo into Mr AwShucks and .. you have what he should pay for.. a big shot atty willing to be all for you to win.
You want big, you get big and should expect the bill to be big too. You didn’t see James Brown complaining or MJ’s parents complaining and suing. They shut up and paid. If LB wanted cheap (he claimed he had his choices) he should have hired cheap. It is a free country. Can’t handle playing with the real rich world don’t jump in the pool is my opinion.
What kills me is .. it isn’t like he doesn’t have the money! It is there, sitting and waiting for this bozo to complain and remove a few items.

OK, I finally slogged through the petition from Opri’s lawyers, ugh. I’ve had a couple of clients like Larry in my lifetime, so I tend to empathize with DO.
OTOH, I consciously chose not to represent (remember, I am not/was not an attorney) individuals for just that reason. Strictly corporate clients for me. Just as much of a headache, but never got stiffed.
It was always the small business owners (of which I was one, too) and two pretty nasty big business owners that gave me this kind of grief. They were the reason I never carried a pager, never got another cell phone after my first “car phone”, never had anything but a “secret” 2nd phone line put in, you get the picture.
Business is 24/7 and if you never shut it off - especially if you office at home - you can make yourself sick. It took me years to learn to say “no.” My last few big projects were so much more legalese than PR, that I wanted to scream. If I’d wanted to be an attorney, I’d have gone to law school.
So, I can see how furnishing a baby’s nursery for someone else would be a “fun” thing to do, a release from the rest of the high seriousness - and I would probably have done the same, with relish.
But, at the same time, it would’ve been wrong - unless I was paid very, very well - OR, if I were being paid SO well that it was my gift to my client. LB was believing his own press releases and that’s never a good thing. He wanted to be pampered, catered to - wanted to have “minions” to do his bidding - but didn’t want to pay for that.
The most disgusting thing I read in there was his trade-off of inquest testimony. If what DO alleges is true, I believe that’s actionable - I just don’t know who should take that on, because of the damn venue (Bahamian courts).
