You are a bit too emotional I think. Calm down, the cases were just filed. lol, count on it.. there is more to come. For instance, WHAT did he sign in the Bahamas with her media dealings? So far all we see is one contract from Sept. The funeral was March. I don’t see TMZ publishing the exhibits in LB’s filing.. such as the media contract. Hum, did I miss them or ?
LOL, you didn’t see LB turning down those interviews she set up. He obviously agreed to ‘something’ by doing them.
Six months of representation, multiple states and countries and that is all they could pick at out of 112 pages of billings? LOL, okay, take off $25 for laundry and a 1,000 for lobsters.. still over 600 g’s left for hks’s BFF to pay. Minor media dribble and buddy lawyering is all I see so far trying to magnify because they don’t have much to fight with. Those few things can be shaved off easily and any attorney knows that, including the one that billed them.
The money is held ‘in trust’. Nothing deviate about that. It will earn interest while there. She isn’t hiding it. She is the one that moved for arbitration and wishing to settle the matter which would then make it possible to disperse the funds.

Yes, even the height looks off to me. The other two’s are very different. Also, in the witness sig’s page 15, the zero’s in the date 2001 are not even the same. One date typed and two different zero’s right next to each other???

I remember some small report that Larry wanted to testify, and that what he had to say about Daniel, was not good. I no longer have confidence in the farce.
How do you reason conspiracy between 2 gays? Speculation is fine, but what signposts have you seen and what evidence have you to that effect?

I’m finding it hard to believe that LB is saying Opri wanted his case for publicity purposes - which, yes, I’m sure she did, in one way - but to tell him that doesn’t square with the rest of it.
It appears the publicity purposes were for *him,* not for her. I really hate to say this, but I knew who Debra Opri was - and disliked her, lol - long, long before I ever heard of Larry Birkhead - and I don’t follow *any* of this stuff at all.
I glanced at the Will at the above address, but I couldn't find what you were describing to Liz. I did notice several discrepancies in the initials on each page. I don't believe ANS initialed all the pages. If I had to guess, I'd be willing to bet that James Khavarian - one of the witnesses who signed the Will - initialed some of those pages!
Found out some interesting information about him too. He, HKS, and Ron Rales were law partners at one time, but Khavarian was suspended from practicing law one day after he witnessed ANS' Will. I wonder if HKS actually stopped practicing law because he had some ethical problems too?!! The more you read about ALL these people involved with HKS, LB, and ANS, the worse the stench becomes!
*Assuming* it was all done on a puter word processor and printed on a laser printer, there shouldn’t be any difference in the fonts or “strikes” of the ink.
However, when I blew them up a little just to quickly look at the 12 and some other 2’s in a couple of preceding pages, I did find something weird. In one of the lines captioning the “Sec 2 whatever,” one of the 2’s was cut completely off on the side, along a vertical line, right within the text.
That tells me it was inserted on some of that white “typeover” strip tape, cut down to just that character, and put down on top for the copying.
Also there are two different fonts on the 1’s on those several pages - one with a flat horizontal line for the top serif and one with a pointy hat serif on top.
*Why* on these items, I do not know.
Everyone believed him because of "what he said"....and it was all a dupe.
Larry said all the right things, too....until he got to the point where he started dissing Virgie and saying "howard's a nice dude". That's when I said Whoa..
As far as the will, what raised my eyebrows was that Howard was named guardian of Danny at the very end of the will and that there were TWO executors....Howard and Rale.

Nah, there aren’t two - there is a first, a second if somethng happens to the first, a third if something happens to the first two and a fourth if all the others are knocked off or quit or are in jail or something.
I’ve voted for the 4th one - Wells Fargo Bank - all along. But my vote doesn’t count.
Anyway, HKS and Rale are NOT “co-executors.”
LOL, John Mark Steines Karr - (that’s who the ET guy reminds me of, the way he looks up coquettishly at HKS in interviews and bats his eyelashes).
The few times I had seen her on t.v., I had not been impressed with her, and my opinion didn't change after watching her performance in Florida and the Bahamas. She reminds me of Chuck Schumer...she's never seen a camera she didn't like! I did think at one time LB would be better off having her look after his interest rather than buddying up with HKS. However, after looking at the pictures of LB and DO together in the Bahamas and at the funeral, you could see the disgust on LB's face. I think they were already having problems, and she has stated she could not work for LB with HKS being the middle man. It's a mess any way you look at it, and I wouldn't give you a plug nickle for any of them; except I do believe Virgie is sincere. Now if she turns out to be a "money grubber" too, I will be disappointed. IMO, most people who are chasing money and fame are shallow and insincere, but I think people who are down-to-earth are usually sincere. Geez, what does that make me? I don't give a rat's rear for fame, but I wouldn't turn down a dollar that was legal!!
