TMZ has learned Debra Opri got a visit tonight from a famous P.I., who served her with Larry Birkhead’s lawsuit filed Friday.

Birkhead hired attorney Michael Trope to sue Opri, alleging she defrauded him by taking hundreds of thousands of dollars he earned and diverted it into her client trust fund account.

John Nazarian, the famous P.I., went to Opri’s Santa Monica home tonight and handed her the lawsuit. We’re told Opri’s reaction: “I have insurance to cover this,”

Opri then told Nazarian, she wanted to know who the hell was Michael Trope. Nazarian put it this way, “I wouldn’t want him chewing on my ass.”

I battled, excused, defended and stuck up for this jerk until there was no denying he was in the middle of it all and making deals with hks. I saw the change immediately following FL court. The truth is coming to light more and more. Wait, you ain’t seen nothing yet if you ask me.

Here the whole time he was telling the public, my baby, my baby, all he cared about was ‘release my money’! My money!$$$$$

Think about it. Two gays guys tired of begging handouts and waiting for the mean Queen to drop. Wouldn’t take much to push that one over with her history. A couple years isn’t too long to plan two ‘perfect’ murders. With the kind of plots and $$$$ flying in this case, this was not an accident if you ask me. It was materminded to add to the pot through every stage I think. And who has always been the media master mind. Just like he used Daniel for the sympathy card with Anna, his MO is at it scripting the same dripple for Larry now.

Hey, where’s the contract Opri signed say pro bono? LOL
Is there a judge around that knows these hot shot Hollywood lawyers that does’t work for the almighty buck? I don’t think so.

Been reading offline for a couple weeks, but haven’t missed a single post. Are you saying that Trope is part of the Rales law firm? And that Larry has hired Howard’s master manipulators?

I said this in April and I’ll say it again, it’s very possible that HKS and Larry are homosexuals in cahoots. Sorry but Larry may have been one of the bad guys from the beginning. Imagine this: if Larry hadn’t threatened Anna in the first place, she might have stayed in LA and both she and Daniel would be alive. But that isn’t what happened. And who has benefitted financially from all of this? Larry (thanks to Opri who groomed him for stardom) and Howie who is in control of all the rights to Anna’s estate.

I have no confidence in the inquest proceeding unless like deus ex machina, Virgie’s lawyer pulls a rabbit out of the hat.

Or may I say, “great minds think alike”? lol Yes, these 2 guys may or may not be gay, but one thing we know, we wouldn’t want to get into any business deals with either one, would we? And yes, there are honest lawyers in Hollywood! But who is on the side of the good in this case? Only Virgie, and her interest is not the money, IMO. Even though she did not speak ill of Larry, it is possible that she thought he was another grifter from day one. And that’s made her fight for the baby. Who knows what Anna told her mom about Larry? I hope old Virgie is doing ok. We haven’t heard a peep from her lately.

One more thought based on today’s flurry of posts. Maybe HKS wanted to get Anna away from Daniel before he turned 21. Maybe that was part of the whole plan? If anything happened to ANS, HKS could have lost control of his fiefdom if Daniel inherited her estate. So it was essential to: create another heir, one who HKS could control no matter what happened to Anna. So he and Larry hatch the plan and then have a falling out. But Larry goes and gets Opri and changes the balance of power. Then when Anna dies, the two collude and dump Opri. There is no honor among thieves, is there? Even though I doubt that either of these 2 guys has the brains to pull off a long range plot which involved two deaths, I do think they are masters of improvisational opportunism.

California law disagrees with you. They TOOK the case, didn’t through it out their juridiction and were the ones to finally order DNA. I believe that order gave much more weight to getting the Bahamas to finally follow in step and order DNA. Strategy costs and he will have to pay up. His whining isn’t the same as wanting your child. HE signed a contract. That will be honored. Mr money bags can’t argue show me the money on one hand and then whine I only wanted my daughter and meanie OD kept my money on the other. Read the agreement, it is spelled out. He might get a bit shaved down but no free lunch this time.

They act like lovers from where I sit. Ever notice how careful LB was all through this to never bash hks? He would say he wasn’t the dad or talk about his own emotions but I can’t remember one real bash session with LB’s punk snide remarks.

I also found that Rita video VERY telling. Larry is the first to use the phrase “highly orchestrated”. He should know! Another thing I have always noticed: Larry always referred to “visitation” rights and “knowing” his daughter. I don’t recall him ever actually wanting custody in his words until Anna died. I also watched his expressions with Dannielynn. There are some snapshots where he is in the yard and looks like he can barely stand to lug the baby around another minute if you ask me. Wish I could find that pic again. I will try.

Same with the trip home and his so called “get healthy”. WTH is that? He looked scared. It hit him the game was up and he actually HAD to take care of the baby HIMSELF. Get healthy? Is running out to hours of Derby parties a new cure the media is hiding for illness? LOL

Well, yes and no. Michael Trope is of the family of Trope & Trope, the law firm where Ron Rale is a partner.

And Michael Trope *has been* an attorney with Trope & Trope, at some point in his career. He was a sports agent before becoming an attorney.

He was partnered with this Patrick deCarolis Jr. first, in DeCarolis & Trope. There was also a partnership of DeCarolis, Saenz & Trope somewhere in there. Then the DeCarolis & Trope, LLP, merged into Trope & Trope in 2001.

However, neither Patrick deCarolis nor Michaeil Trope is listed or profiled with the other attorneys at Trope & Trope law firm anymore. I found an old page cached from 2005 with deCarolis, but nothing for Michael Trope.

So, I have to assume the CalBar listing for Trope & deCarolis (the opposite order of names from the first partnership they had) is their newest firm and that they have left Trope & Trope.

OTOH, it’s never that easy, lol. There is NO Trope & deCarolis listed as a registered corp or LLP in CA.

Therefore, I can’t really say that this Michael Trope hired by LB is actually in practice officing with Ron Rale at Trope & Trope. I don’t think he is. I think Ron Rale offices with Michael Trope’s father and uncle, lol.

In AnnaLand, that means “there is no connection.” See what my left hand is doing? They do, however, share the same Private Investigator aka bouncer and therein lies the rub.

And I still remember where I first saw the Trope name in this ANS saga - in some fine print on a Marshall v Marshall document, saying that J Howard II’s attorney had contacted Lawrence Leone at Trope & Trope to consult about trying to see if adopting Daniel would be feasible, as one of the enticements for Vickie Lynn to marry JHMII.

It wasn’t feasible, because there was Billy Wayne Smith “in the way,” lol. No dice. I never understood why the Houston attorney traveled to L.A. to meet with Leone about this, out of all the “gin joints” in the world - why that law firm and why, later on, did Rale wind up there and also wind up as ANS’s atty?

I broke my modem recently (it sticks out of the laptop and is for mobility). I received a phone replacment instead of getting a new data card (I had insurance) so it will take a while for me to get a real replacement.
