The guy from Trimspa said she was receiving $10,000 every month. Of course, he has disappeared into the woodwork.
I’m betting that KE was in the Bahamas when Anna first went down there. Howard said Anna went a week before he did. There’s no way she went alone....very, very pregnant.

No, she wasn’t alone - she was with Ford and maybe Gina, and maybe Ben’s mother, and maybe Theresa Larrimore, and maybe Laurie Payne, and maybe Ben.
A whole bunch of them went over there straight from Ben’s house in the FL Keys.
Sept 18th article out of the Bahamas: "The family WISHES to return the body to the United States, but it won't be released until the reports are in".
FAMILY can only refer to Anna at this time.
Wonder what is happening with the Trimspa lawsuit and what liability Anna might incur.
I imagine the very first moment ANS found herself alone for even a second in either the first rent house or at Horizons, she was on the phone to “somebody, anybody” to come pay attention to her.
KE surely got one of those phone calls and “dropped everything” to join her friend.
One other thing I’ve been meaning to always say and forgetting is that just because HKS might not have been physically present in MB or the Keys or Nassau during any given period of time with ANS, that doesn’t mean they weren’t on the phone to each other every second or texting.
They are both people who would’ve driven me nutz with phone calls ever 15 minutes - so I know they did with each other. That’s why I don’t buy into anything HKS supporters say about how he didn’t influence her towards The Bahamas.
I promise they were never out of contact with each other (him calling her more than the other way around, but her doing her share, too) more than a few hours at any given time!
After getting her to appear before SCOTUS, (much to the world's surprise), it wouldn't be too hard for Howard to convince her to move to the Bahamas to hide her assets.
Everything Howard and Anna did spells FRAUD....and that's with intent. I think Anna thought that Howard was "clever"....What she didn't know is that Howard and KE were a "clever team".
In actuality, the SCOTUS "win" was a big nothing.

And you saw who was “out front” at the SCOTUS visit, in the press photos/videos. There are people on all the ANS boards who truly believe HKS *did that* all by himself and *won* her all the $500 million there! Honestly.
What’s really pitiful is that in some of the pix, if you look very closely, way back behind ANS & HKS, way way back is the little lone figure of Daniel, trailing behind, forgotten.
In most of them, they don’t even show a long shot, where you can see that he’s back there - and in some, they’re cropped in such a way that he’s not shown at all. In some, he’s not even recognizable - I had to blow them up to figure it out and couldn’t believe what I saw.
Of course, it’s possible that it was Daniel’s idea to hang back like that, but it still made me sad to see the blowhard up front, like it was he the cameras were there to shoot!
Wonder what he thought of Howard being his guardian as I believe that is what tipped him off somehow...and his concern for his mother grew out of that.
Remember, he was getting older and guardianship doesn't necessarily happen at his age...according to a will. In fact, I'd say it's highly unlikely that Howard would have become his legal guardian IF ANNA HAD DIED FIRST. That's why Danny had to die first.
What always bothered me in the will is that Howard as Guardian was the LAST thing written into the will and that no one EXCEPT Daniel could ever make a claim. On those grounds alone, the will should be thrown out IN TOTAL.
Notice that Birkhead has gone pretty silent....So wonder what he's up to.
I did pick up this little tidbit from the Nausau News...."While members of the press were rushed into a conference room, hospital staff hustled the baby out into a waiting van, while Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, Howard Stern, rushed to the hospital parking lot at the same time."
Anna was not seen leaving and Daniel was put into a hearse.
Sounds like Howard was ALONE at this time with lotsa opportunity for "throwing away" evidence.
I agree that it should be thrown out, but you know that one clause in there that says something about *if any one part is void, it shall not affect any other parts of the document* - lawyers like these vermin can make that so drawn out, fighting every word, that it isn’t worth it.
There's also a clause in that will (IMOW) that says Howard's behavior must be totally above board. Can you say "Bad boy, bad boy...?"
He was the "Enabler". That awful photo of her sipping through the straw....Disgusting...She was so out of it.
So if Daniel had come in "the next day"...he would have died at the Horizons?? Well, that wasn't going to happen. That would make it a crime scene and God forbid what they would find.
And Anna got whisked to Florida....very, very sick.....because she couldn't die at the Horizons either.
Wonder if there are videos of Howard leaving the hospital? Wonder what he was carrying? He surely wasn’t empty-handed.
I don’t think there are any videos, but I’m kind of thinking someone filmed the car Anna left in - seems like Ford or someone like that was driving.
HKS went away the opposite direction, the baby went with someone else (maybe a Gibson? Just a random guess) and Daniel’s body went a fourth way.
There’s an article on TMZ.com saying that the reason LB fired Opri was because she was holding hundreds of thousands of dollars of his money in a client trust?
