Thread Number 3
Hee hee, please don’t give Leroy that much credit!
I think if the press ever gets wind that the inquest is truly underway, we will hear about it. Well, maybe if the Atlantis opens another new casino or Stevie Wonder has another birthday party in Nassau - all at the same time as the inquest.
Might get some coverage then!
Good grief. what scumbags ET is. Do you think this brother is going to tell the truth??? I don’t.
Of course we all knew nothing would happen today - but where is Greta? Where is Nancy Grace? Anybody watch them today? I am watching the Discovery Health channel about the parents of 8 children - the Goselins, I think? They now come on at 10 PM every Tuesd night. Love to see the children!
Well, evidently that’s not even the “brother” who is going to be on, so that’s my bad.
I had seen some discussion earlier of even more children who were raised in Virgie’s home when Anna Nicole lived there, other than the ones named in the Seidlin hearing and elsewhere in family trees.
All the other boards claimed Donald Ray Hart Jr. had the prison record - they claimed to have seen it or gotten paid searches done. I had to just blindly accept that, because I couldn’t prove differently.
I had been trying to find the daughter (step-daughter to Virgie) Shauna for some time and wanted to know her married name. I had clues, but no proof. She seemed to live in the Dallas area, which was not the norm for the other family members.
So, I thought she must have lived with Hart’s ex-wife, but I didn’t know which one it was. I was fairly certain her last name was Hart at birth, but couldn’t prove that. Then I ran across another place that stated Hart’s ex-wife who was Shauna’s mother was married to someone named Jenkins first - it was possible Shauna’s last name was Jenkins and that Hart was her step-father.
However, I could never find an ex-wife of Hart’s who fit that criteria - at least, in Texas. So, I had to give up at that point. Then, today I saw that this convict who will be interviewed is also from that same ex-wife and goes by both the last name Jenkins and the last name Hart.
Apparently, the ex-wife had Shauna and a son, named Larry Dale Jenkins, born in 1960, who is allegedly this man in the prison interview. When their mother married Donald Hart in 1962, he adopted them both, according to what I read. (But the Shauna I had found wasn’t born yet at that time.)
Then when she and Donald Hart divorced in Dec 1970, the two children lived with her until she was incarcerated at some point. Meanwhile, Hart had married Virgie in Feb 1971 and whenever the ex-wife went to jail or prison, Shauna and Larry went to live with Virgie and Donald - but I don’t know when that was.
I had been under the impression that Shauna was Donald Hart’s birth daughter - and that she was born just a few months after her parents’ divorce (like a make-up baby but the reconciliation didn’t work) and not long after Virgie’s marriage to Hart. In fact, when I found that birth record, I felt like that explained why Virgie called Shauna “my daughter” - perhaps she and Donald had gotten Shauna when she was just a baby, depending on when the mom became incarcerated.
But, if Shauna’s name was Jenkins, then that’s not the right person - I had looked up Shauna Hart. And that child would have been 11 years younger than the son Larry.
Some of this I was never able to prove up, but perhaps the person who wrote it all got it firsthand. There may not be TX records for some of these marriages, divorces, births and so forth. Some were older than the online records and some are just too difficult to sort by hand.
I suppose we’ll find out tomorrow! Mainly, if all that’s true, it would mean this ANS “brother” is the stepson of one of her stepfathers’. No relation to her or even to Virgie, but someone who lived under the same roof. This family was even more blended than I thought.
So, my apologies to Donald Ray Hart, Jr., if that’s not who this is. I’m very sorry to have ID’ed him by the only “brother” name we’d seen who had lived in ANS’s same home. I had wondered if he wasn’t the one who was partially paralyzed and lived next door to Virgie - so this story hadn’t made sense to me when posters first said he was the criminal.
Yes, that Art Harris BS made me mad too! If HKS is ‘declared’ the Executor of ANS’s Estate in CA and is then able to probate the will in the Bahamas, will ‘these UNBELIEVABLE claims of assets’ give HKS any standing to get residency in the Bahamas? Or even ‘temporary’ residency? Just Curious....
I blame the folks that did the autopsy and gave the "opinion" that both deaths were accidental, the police and everyone who was so damn afraid to get involved in the deaths.
The big thing in all this is the prolific number of videos which "match" specifics that came before us at a later date...Like Kapoor and Anna and trashing Virgie with the "I hate momma" video".
KE and Howard will get their just due someday....and I hope it comes soon.
In the meantime, Howard is still living off of Anna and so are his attorneys.
Just going over some old articles. One TMZ article says that Howard asked to have the inquest hearing permanently blocked. March 29, 2007.
did you see that other family with the 13 kids? They eat on 150.00/week for 11 kids and a mom and dad. Unbelievable!!

There are 16 very good reasons to celebrate Mother's Day around the Bates home in Lake City.
Specifically: Zak, 18; Michaela, 17; Erin, 16; Lawson, 14; Nathan 13; Alyssa, 12; Tori, 11; Trace, 10; Carlin, 9; Josie, 7; Katie, 6; Jackson, 5; Warden, 4; Isaiah, 2; Addallee, 1, and Ellie, who was born April 28.
That's the way Kelly Bates, the mom of this crew, rattled 'em off to me over the telephone. And she only had to stop and think briefly about a couple of the ages.
"Well," she admitted with a laugh when I congratulated her, "I do get confused sometimes."
Kelly was washing clothes when I called. Naturally, she talked while she worked. In this household, the ability to multitask is necessary for survival.
Kelly met her future husband, Gil Bates, when they were students at Anderson College in their native South Carolina. Both transferred to Carson-Newman in Jefferson City. They graduated in 1986 and married one year later. Gil was in sales with Nabisco, then started his own business, Bates Tree Service.
"We didn't set out to have a lot of children," she explained. "We didn't come from large families. Gil is the oldest of three, and I'm the baby of four.
"But then the Lord began changing our hearts. We had read that children were a blessing and fell in love with having children."
After living in Corryton, the family bought a 25-acre tract, complete with farmhouse, in Anderson County.
"We're renovating and learning as we go," she said. "There's a lot of work, but we have a lot of hands. We're all learning to lay floors and do drywall. We've got two horses, four sheep and hope to get a garden plowed soon."
As you could well expect, this operation relies on a schedule from first light to taps. Everyone has duties, from cleaning rooms to helping with the cooking.
The children are home-schooled. (Zak, who just completed high school studies, scored 25 on his first attempt at the ACT.) In addition to traditional subjects, they spend part of each day in Bible studies and music lessons. Each of the children plays the piano and several have also branched into guitar, mandolin, fiddle and harmonica. Zak and Erin both play for their church, Halls Baptist.
Feeding this army is, well, like feeding the Army. When Kelly talks about eggs, she speaks in terms of dozens; with bread, it's loaves instead of slices.
"People ask how we make ends meet, and I always say two things get the credit: God and my husband's frugality," she said.
But Kelly can stretch a dollar, too: "I know where all the Goodwill and thrift stores are. And we always hit the yard sales."
Stop at 16? Not likely.
"We hope there are more in the future," she said. "Right now, our kids' only disappointment is that we haven't had any twins.
"I can't imagine what life will be like when they all fly the nest. The kids say when that happens, Gil and I are going to sell this place and visit each one of them for a week at a time. That way, we'll get to see everyone at least twice a year!"
maybe i should of went for 12 or 14...lol
Follow-up on the stepbrother story that will be on ET and The Insider today:
~~~~~
From the ET site
ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s step-brother, LARRY DALE HART is doing hard time in a Texas prison for aggravated assault, one of several cases against him — with one that includes sexual assault.
In an exclusive interview with Anna Nicole before she passed away in February, a visibly upset and angered Anna claims there was rape in her past: “You want to hear about my childhood? The rape?” she tells ET, trembling with rage.
Now, ET special correspondent ART HARRIS asks Hart the point-blank question: “Did you rape your sister?”
“No! Never,” replies Hart from behind bars. “I’ve never even heard that before. I don’t think she’s said that. I don’t think so. That’s a shock to me. I’ve never heard that before.”
Harris questions the response, given the inmate’s past, which includes pleading guilty to one count of sexual assault — for allegedly raping a 38-year-old woman in 1998. Hart claims the woman accused him to get even for breaking up with her and tossing out her pills, but he still plead guilty. In response to Harris, he insists he’s telling the truth.
“That’s just the furthest thing from our relationships growing up,” says Hart. “I think that’s a bunch of malarkey.”
“If [my step-mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR,] knew about that, believe me, she’d have shot me,” he adds. “That right there would have proved it. Virgie would have shot me if she had thought something like that [had happened]. I would be a dead man.”
Hart says the last time he saw or spoke to Anna was back in either 1996 or 1997: “The last memory that I have with her is buying tennis shoes for her,” he recalls.
When asked what he would say if he could talk to Anna right before she died, he offers, “That I love her, and I wish that I could help her get her life right, you know? Because I’m more of a counselor with other people — I can help other people with their problems more than I can help with mine.”
>>>> It’s still a little bit confusing because there is a Larry Dale Hart in TX just 4 years older than *this* ANS stepbrother known as Larry Dale Hart, whose real birth name was Celeria Dale Jenkines [sic] - and registered that way with that spelling in the TX birth records.
This story is much different from the wild speculative and very misleading hype that ET/TI had on yesterday in the teasers.
Even if the guy is a lowlife, he told a good story about Virgie and how it was in her home - and mostly, how she did protect ANS/Vickie.
Some of these media types and Stern supporters went off the deep end on ANS’s mention of “rape” in relation to her mother and stepfather.
From what we’ve seen, the rape was of a different family member, not of Anna. And the accused, supposedly convicted, person was not this Celeria Dale Jenkines aka Larry Dale Hart.
Art Harris has little credibility. Neither does Dr. Perkers. Why Nancy Grace is pushing them is odd unless they are paying her.
The newest inquest date.
I like your pencil comment. Thanks for the info. Where did you find it? I've been searching all day.
Court TV - nopey nope! A cable channel I don’t even get!
Hey, I’ve been slogging around in a swamp, so don’t ask me too many complicated questions, lol.
I don’t know how I know that, I just *know* it. Let’s see if google catches up with me, tee hee.
Naw, I’ve been back at the old ANS family tree rockpile again. *scream!!!*
Shauna just “sounds like” Shauna when Virgie says it in Seidlin’s courtroom. I’ve found a few of them, but none ever matched the right qualifiers.
Well, in AnnaWorld, Shauna is spelled Shana, but pronounced Shaw-nuh, as opposed to being pronounced Shay-nuh. Actually, it’s not even AnnaWorld, but just the family sphere and not really any relation.
Shana is really Shana Lynn Hart, b. 9-1963. She’s the younger half-sister of the convict Celeria. His mother is Dixie JoAnn Hilscher Jenkines Hart and maybe more. His father is Thomas William Jenkines. Her father is Donald Ray Hart, Virgie’s 2nd husband, ANS’s longest-term stepfather.
So, when Celeria (I just love writing that - the mom had to be nutz to come up with that - do you know that there is not a single person who has died in the US in the SSDI with that first or last name? Quite unique) Jenkines moved in with Virgie and Donald when he was 10 and Vickie Lynn was 3, that means Shana, who also moved in with them, was about 7.
When he said he got breakfast for the kids, went to school, cleaned house and made supper, when VA was working the night shift at the 7-11, the houseful included, let’s say when VA and Hart married in Feb 1971 (ages approximate):
Celeria Jenkines - age 10
Robert Jenkines - age 9
Shana Lynn Hart - age 7
David Tacker - age 5
Vickie Lynn Hogan - age 3
Donald Ray Hart Jr. - to come along a year later
Yikes!
Is there a thread on the Spector trial? I catch Court TV at noon and yesterday heard the judge side for the prosecution and against celebrity coroner Dr. Lee. And I heard the word “impeachment” in regards to Lee. Anybody following this?
