The attempts at cover up by Howard Stern are so obvious and so devious that it is odd he is getting as much a pass (though by no means total) as he has.
What is also obvious is that lies are being circulated in the media. They are spread by talking heads, hosts, lawyers. Some of it might be out out ignorance, much of it has to be deliberate. It is to confuse issues, divert critics, or get people to become angry and so they can say, "That is not true at all."
Howard Stern and Khris Ershevich in all likelihood have read books on "Brainwashing" and "Mind Control."
Howard Stern must be happy by the diversion caused by the amnesty mess. Gives him time to plot and regroup.
In the meantime, he has made a movie showing the scene of Danny's death...just another "video"....the obsession he developed as "indisputable evidence".
I think ET should be subpeoned and we should see all the unedited versions of all the videos that Howard submitted. The clown video had obviously not yet been edited.
Hope they reopen the Florida case. Both Howard and KE have some 'splainin' to do.

I do wish they could find out what happened between May 2005 and Aug 2006.
Maybe I’ll send something after I finish the Case Name List revision, which has to be tomorrow or maybe by Tuesday morning, I hope - before the inquest starts, anyway!
I do, too - there *are* people who know about it, but I haven’t seen anyone really talking about it. Maybe because Stern is more well known in relation to ANS than Ross is.
Thanks - but it’s not to my credit. Others had posted about it back in April and I didn’t really look at it until I saw the tmz post more recently. Still wish I had the whole picture.
It really does, doesn’t it? Amazing just how many disbarred attorneys and suspended docs we’ve run into, just amongst the inner circle.
I remember reading about the Rami case here on FreeRepublic. You are right. It was a very sad case. I so hoped someone would have been able to rescue Dr Rami.

I hope so too. Pretty amazing how HKS has been able to change the way they do things in the Bahamas, isn’t it. The first inquest was scheduled for sometime in October of 2006, but it didn’t happen because of HKS’s attorney. Darn I’m blank on his name at the moment. Its something like Munroe or Munuz.
I don’t think Howard will even show up for the inquest. Does anyone know if he is even in the Bahamas?
Reopen both cases and see what happens.
Let's see how Howard and KE correlated their moves. Why don't we know the whereabouts of Howard at this critical time?
