If Larry is the father, I think they will hand over the baby to him immediately....and he will go and sit by Virgie and let her hold the baby for the first time.
It will be a hard time for her because it simply has to remind her of Anna as a baby and also when she first held Danny. Hope God is watching over her and giving her the strength that she needs.
Howard will be flaming when he walks out of court???
AC...I will admit I had the same thought; it is easy to be magnanimous when you know you won’t have to follow through.
I keep trying to convince myself, however, that it is the other way around. Howard knows he is not the father and is trying to appear caring and generous in hopes of retaining some sort of power and control.
I am much more concerned about DL, than Anna’s empire...so, I sure hope latter is correct.

You’re absolutely right. Any adult with half a brain would know that with certain doses there are consequences. He didn’t fool me either. He knows exactly what any of those drugs could do alone....yet combined?
They did say 2:30pm last week...I have to leave at 1:30pm for meetings out of town and figured that I had no hope of hearing anything live.

Don’t forget HKS said he has seen her even MORE impaired than that! He knows what it is and what it looks like. He admits to being the keeper of the pills (meds) so he wouldn’t want to ADMIT that he had not a clue what he was doing and look negligent would he? Would he?

(4/09/07 - ATLANTA, GA) - Howard K. Stern, the former companion of Anna Nicole Smith, has hired a lawyer who said Monday he may sue media Stern believes are implicating him in the overdose deaths of Smith and her son.

Had quickly read this statement:
"My representation of Mr. Stern as the named executor under the last will and testament of Anna Nicole Smith...."
and did not understand what this actually meant. My bad. Thought it odd - but what the hey - thought it was saying L. Wood was representing Mr. Stern as the named executor (L. Wood being the executor) under the last will and testament....
