Thread Number 3
Bodies are exhumed all of the time. Sometimes a cause of death is determined years later.
I won’t hold my breath on this happening, though.
Wow, you sound like quite the decorator! I’ve always been partial to blue & white kitchens but I have never gone the whole route with blue, white & yellow. I have a lot of collectibles displayed in my kitchen that have a little bit of pink and green, so I didn’t feel comfortable with the yellow. However I LOVE a well done country french kitchen done that way.
If your fabric that you got doesn’t work, maybe you could find a toile that works. It comes in many colors, but most people think of it in blue. I’ve seen it in green, black etc... and it would help keep a “french” feel to your kitchen.

Oh, Im certainly aware of that, but IIRC chloral hydrate is on the test wish list. Would it still be detectable after embalming and eight months underground?
Again, you are too kind. I’ve never really talked about it much, but it’s been with me from that day. FIL was only 74, but ever since he lost my MIL at age 59, I suppose he felt like a lost soul. He did perk up for 2-3 years after MIL’s death and found a nice lady to hang out with, but she eventually moved on, as I figured she would. From then on it was all gradually down hill:(
such a fine horse, that off the racetrack, contributed just as much, even more!, to veterinary science that may help other horses after him - new ways/techniques to treat fractures, lamanitis, etc. The horse had a heart of a giant. :(
Kc, you’d be surprised what one is capable of when the need arises. I think I had to learn about hard things earlier than some folks, having gone through things such as my mother’s years’ long battle with a rare cancer when I was young, dealing with a horrible fire that destroyed our dairy barns when I was 12, and a number of other things. I’ve always been emotionally sensitive, but somehow manage to put that aside when a crisis develops, and I probably learned how to do that at a fairly young age. One can always “crash” later, after the fact:):)
hahaha - I was so intent on trying to find news of Anyone, that I didn't even notice K-Fed, or his interview, as I was scanning thru trying to find something to post lolol
Just a reminder about the ANS episode on Law and Order: Criminal Intent.

BOMBSHELL Law & Order: Criminal Intent

A former stripper turned model mysteriously dies just days after her young son meets the same fate.
i get stuck on this....when "EYE' think of miscarriages, i think of someone 4-5-6 months' pregnant, and a very private, very quiet, funeral to follow. a 6-wk embroyo is just under 1/2inch long.
If the mother and father have incompatible blood types, the body usually sloughs off the embyro naturally, since the mother would produce antibodies to attack the embyro. I wonder if that happened, or, if Anna missed a period, and then had one, were these guys, (was Anna even) thinking it was a 'miscarriage' in the true sense of the word??
I agree totally. Both Bridgette (who had originally met Anna when she WAS talking to her mom back in Peter Nyland days) and Mrs. Gibson were led to believe tht Anna didn't 'have any family' - had been rejected by her family. They both, encouraged Anna to call them 'mommy'.
We even saw some cattiness about it between those two, when Bridgette claimed that Anna had picked HER (take care of my baby) and Mrs. Gibson beat the band to get over to the Horizons and get the baby furniture (and Anna's jewels and gowns) in HER possession, shutting Bridgette out! I'd even bet, both were quite surprised when Daniel (FAMILY) showed up, and were even more surprised when they learned after Anna's death, that Anna HAD been in contact with her own mum!!!
May 1st?? Does that mean we missed it??
That’s a typo on the NBC site because the ads have been running for it tonight.
I thought it affected liver, kidneys, lungs, etc. If that is the case, it should be easily detected years later.
It should have been detected during the 1st autopsy, even.
Is his father requesting the body be exhumed?
RT - very sorry to hear about your cold and hope today finds you at least a little better.
May I offer a “cheap fix” for your sinus/nasal congestion bearing in mind your budget?
check out www.neilmed.com It’s the website for a kit and shows what bottle they use to give you an idea, and also has a lot more information about sinus rinsing.
I thought about how to improvise if you don’t have a bottle like the one shown at the website:
1) a small-size unopened squeezable ‘sports-bottle’ with a popup-top on it, (59cents) (or, if all you have is an already-opened one, dump it out, wash it and the top with White Distilled Vinegar to steralize, then rinse WELL, rinse MORE (all vinegar gone), then air-dry and fill with distilled water/drinking water and screw the top on)
2) one-to-one-and-one-half tablespoons of salt and
3) a towel.
That’s it!
(Very important not to use water straight from the tap!)
Add salt to the filled squeeze bottle. Shake well to dissolve. Follow the directions at the website. After a few gentle squirt rinses to each nostril you’re done! And you’ll have a very wet chin ! Put your head up and Gently ‘inhale thru your nose’ as best you can, so that a little of the salt solution is brought up into your sinuses. That’s It !! Wash your face and dry with towel and put on some tangerine lip gloss :)
I think you’ll be amazed how fast it will clear your nasal conjestion and all it will cost is a squeeze bottle, (and some white vinegar if you have to steralize a opened bottle) some distilled or steralized drinking water, and a generous pinch of salt! (instead of the $16 the pharmacy wants for a ‘kit’ that contains a bottle and salt packets!.)
Hope this helps :) Best wishes for your speedy recovery!
I've wondered, myself, if the 'you don't know my son' was directed at someone elses' mommy? Certainly a strange thing to say about virgie, who was telling the world at the time that her grandson didn't do drugs, 'you don't know my son?"
Could Annas tearful, pleading words to KE - Please dont leave me - have actually been, Please dont leave me alone with HKS???
i'd put money on that
Did Taz perhaps tell Moe that Anna was already dead??
i could have sworn, somewhere, I've heard lately, that Taz did try to call HK, but couldn't get thru. No Answer. I don't know why it's in my head they both tried to call HK....couldn't get thru..Moe left for errand? searching for HK? He called Tazmania to see if she had any success? Moe's kids were at the hotel room. Why would he leave them to go move a piano or chest of drawers? Why wouldn't he have done it the day before? wish I could remember where all this came from.....maybe I dreamt it. Why hasn't someone at Verizon spilled the phone records lol?!
There are hardly anyone who believe HKS and KE bear no responsibility - outside of those who have vested interest of some kind in supporting them or who themselves are dumb.
salient points, true, but, consider, the case of the 5-yr old girl, that the waitress figured something was up with. She didnt' cry out, or run to a policeman or stranger, either. You can't discount the brainwashing. What changed Anna's love of the press, to the fear, we saw in December 06 when she was waving them off for the first time in her life? Was it Opri having her and HK served with a summons on the court-house steps? Anna giving up an opportunity to say wonderful things about her son, or telling Opri to 'stick it'? That was NOT the Anna we knew, lol, that was a deer-in-the-headlites, Anna.
Neither can you discount Anna's apparently strong desire to have her son be with her (regardless of HK's thoughts about it obviously), or her last-cry-for-help emails to the Shelleys telling them she thought she was going to be murdered. She thought KE was a 'friend' not realizing she was part of the problem. She thought Moe was a friend, too, not realizing he's about as sensitive as a pineapple. Who else did she have, except the maids? Well, she told them, apparently very vocally, only to see them fired. Bahama CPS didn't care about what the maids said, either.
By Dec '06,(666 - boo!) Anna was isolated and alone in a foreign country, and dealing not only with HK, but with a full-frontal-assault from Opri, who was 'appealing to the citizens of the Bahamas'. She was afraid of being in the USA and she was afraid of HK. She didn't drive, couldn't go to the US Consolate, couldn't get Bridgette, or King Eric, or the Gibsons to drive HK off with a stick, (the Shelley's tried with the eviction ploy) couldn't go walking stoned thru the streets searching for help. IMO The only person who could have saved Anna at that point, was her own Mom, who couldn't get her own calls put thru, and whom HK had refused to open the gates for in November (and which was probably about the time anna's cellphone went missing 'in the closet'). Quite a predicament !
when you two were first talking about ‘room boxes’ that murderers did for detectives to find, I was creeped out.
Seeing the ones’ you’ve created, Freedom, I have to say, I’m just astounded and amazed. I didn’t know, there were minature, minatures lol and the job you’ve done creating those rooms is just awe-inspiring. Thanks so much for posting the pictures!!! I would have never imagined they were so intricate and detailed :-)
I don’t think tests for the presence of chloral hydrate would have been done on ANS, but for the bottle being in the room.
I’m pretty sure the substances for which they tested in Daniel’s autopsy did not include chloral hydrate. It does affect liver, lungs, kidneys - but would just one (albeit fatal in conjunction w/other drugs) dose show up? Did they retain Daniel’s tissue samples for future testing? Have embalming and decomposition removed evidence of drugs?
More questions than answers and I don’t know if his father has requested exhumation.
