EXACTLY!! Someone from her family and SOMEONE FROM LARRY’s family. That does not give her CONTROL! That gives her a vote in how the money is handled. With Larry having a vote and a member of his family having a vote, and Vergie having a vote, that is 3 votes. Larry and the member of his family could overrule her by a vote of 2 to 1. Get it??

I just watch Virgie's interview with Greta. Virgie stated that the June 8th hearing is just a formality. She also states that she never wanted to raise her granddaughter. She would if she had to
However, later in the interview she does state that if Dannielynn does inherit any of J Howard Marshall's money someone on ANS's side of the family should be able to be overseers of the money before he (Larry) and or Dannielynn could purchase expensive items.
I don't know whether Virgie meant to include LB in that statement but she did.
So what would one call that?

She doesn’t go into testimony. She does not discuss any of the court orders or the going on. She does say what she is trying to do and that seems to be something that all parties can discuss because we know that Birkhead is going for Custody. I just don’t see where she is breaking the gag order. If she had gone into detail then I could see but as this stands I have to disagree with your assessment. But who am I...I’m not a lawyer..heheh.

Trust me, I do not see anything normal about any of the people involved in this saga. However there are things going on in this world that is much more horrible than this dysfunctional family from way back when.
