As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
Globull warming has struck.
Measureable snowfall in Northern Virginia for the first time in 17 years. There is a total of 0.3" on the deck; in 1990, it snowed 1.1". All raised surfaces are white. (NWSFO Sterling, officially, says the snowfall is a "trace", meaning less than 0.05", but maybe that's at the airport...) Algore--wish to explain this?
One of those "fringe" scientists who isn't "with the program", one who might actually know a thing or two about the subject, Dr. Gray--who is probably the leading hurricane climatologist in the world--called Algore a "gross alarmist". More to the point, Dr. Gray also said: He's one of these guys that preaches the end of the world type of things. I think he's doing a great disservice and he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Certainly, looking out the window and seeing white everywhere as the middle of April looms, yes, I agree, Algore doesn't know what he's talking about.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Words fail me! How wonderful the memories of times we spent together in Charlotte. May the love of God and the mind of Christ be with you and in you in these difficult days.
“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain... For I am in a strait between two, having a desire to depart and to be with Christ, which is far better...” [Php 1:21,23]
“We are confident... and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord” [2Cor 5:8]
Kay, and Herb, your lives have been examples of the love of Christ to many. How rich and how wonderful your love of God and your love to each other. I pray God’s wondrous peace will encompass and fill your hearts as you commune together.
Oh, the ravages wrought by sin, but, praise God, our eternal salvation rests upon our faith and wholehearted trust in “the gospel... by which you are saved... that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day, according to the scriptures...” [1Cor 15:1-4] Hallelujah! Christ is risen!
I know that you desire that this be your testimony to the world at this time... that God would be magnified and glorified whether in life or in death.
I love you both in the Lord.
poppyseed... My prayer is that you will know the love of Christ in the depths to which your Mom and Dad have, and that your life and love will shine forth as a testimony to your children in like manner.
Thank you for keeping us updated.
I am blessed to call you a friend.
All my prayers and love for you and yours.
God bless us all. Each, and every one.

Hello
I have been off Adkins since last Wednesday. I needed a break. Stress, Nerves etc were driving me up the wall.
I just had a Lemon Poppyseed Muffin. (I sure hope the cops don’t barge in and insist on a pee test,, I will fail for sure with all those poppyseeds)
I will crawl back on the wagon on Monday.
(Do you think my Grandchildren will notice the Ears of their Chocolate Bunnies are missing?)
LOL!
I think it is fitting that this announcement of the progression of this cancer be made here on Resurrection weekend when we have a strong reminder of the victory that Christians have over death. Christ rose and we who are alive in Him will also rise again. I Corinthians 15: 53 - 57 declares" For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP in victory. O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR VICTORY? O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Kayak, my dear, dear sister. I love you. I am saying good-bye for now, not knowing when the Lord will call you home. Thank you. You are wonderful. We will meet again. God speed.
He is risen indeed, Mom. Happy Easter.
Christ is risen to defeat the grave giving us the chance of eternal life and salvation through him. This is the best day in history.
