FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
A more important question that should be pondered....
"Should those people who do not have a concealed/carry permit have their names be posted publicly along with their photographs?"
While this question (as noted above) is over the top; so are the individuals/groups/organizations who want to expose people who LEGALLY have ccw permits.
I think this is an area where compromise is in order.
So rather than identify who has concealed-carry permits, let's identify those who don't. They should all be required to wear a sign on their back proclaiming:
"THIS PERSON IS AN UNARMED SITTING DUCK AND CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST A PREDATOR"
Don't you think that's a good idea? I think that's a good idea.
There now. I have contributed to the public good today.
I presume they would support publishing the names of those who get publicly funded abortions as well.
ping ;)
Cincinnati newspapers threatened to reveal the names of gun owners too, if I am not mistaken.
The government shouldn't be in the business of regulating guns. Don't let the criminals know who's packing. Let them find out the hard way.
