My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I love cool air; aren't you supposed to, too?
I don't like slipping and sliding and getting wet in winter, but I love the cool weather!

LOL..Indeed..Not allowed where I live..I yearn for the old trash burning barrel we had when I was growing up..I have thought of vats of clorox..messy.I don't shred (obviously)..I have soaked my parents old papers in a trash can full of water for days after settling their estate..
Obviously I need to use my shredder every day!..The old "need shredding" files are in the garage for now .
I see my first pink dogwood blossom in the backyard..Time for me to spring into action, too.

Well, it has started again snowing ugh!!
Yes, I do prefer cold weather to hot humid weather. I move around much easier in winter than in summer. I really suffer with the arthritis with hot humid stuff that passes for Summer here.

Oh, so it is not just me. Well just dang.
I have noticed we have been having a lot of slow downs lately. I hate that.

Winter , short days and lack of sun make me less energetic and ambitious.I tried to start this project the first of February but just could not seem to get with it...and it screamed for attention.
Now the yard is needing attention and I have this to do..
(Still procrastinating..LOL)
