Don't know. He did seem to suffer from upset stomach quite a lot. Don't know if he had something contagious or not, or exactly when Dr. K saw him, but you're right in that it sounds she saw him just after she herself got back. Not knowing how fast methadone gets into the system or metabolizes, I'm not going to make guesses. All logic points to him taking the methadone in that hospital room, and not before.
