I think ET is going to wind up in court, too and they might be asked to produce unedited tapes.

Oh. Pleaaasssee allow cameras in that courtroom!

No. 1. Anna said: "He's not breathing". Neither Howard nor Anna has ever said where Howard was when she noticed he wasn't breathing. Maybe he wasn't even in the room. We don't even know how much of the event is truth and how much is fiction.

No. 2 Why did Howard check his Carotic(sp) artery...rather than saying "Danny, Danny...come on kid...wake up."

Taz said: She's not breathing...Was Taz told by HOWARD that she JUST went to sleep so everyone would be real quiet??...so that enough TIME WOULD pass so he could get out of dodge.

I remember Mo saying that she would be up and then nap for a couple of hours and then repeat that throughout a normal day.

The shame in all this is that all we have left is Howard's testimony for the inquest. KE had just left town prior to BOTH DEATHS.

There is only one friggin' witness in Daniel's death and he's the father/lawyer/executor/husband/lover/friend/confidant/photographer/drug pusher/keeper of the heir/beneficiary/accountant/manager of the one person who if she had thought "What would Mom or Dad say" occasionally, probably wouldn't be where she is today.

I wish better for Dannie Lynn because when she's about 12....and people start talking about her Mom, that little girl is going to have a hard time. That's why I think she belongs with Virgie. She wouldn't do anything to hurt that child and could explain Anna better than anyone else. Raising Danny for 6 years is proof of her goodness.
