"The debate was whether or not the will had been faxed from Ron Rale to Krista Barth on Feb 3."

During the hearing they tried to make it sound as if the will had first been faxed to Barth from Rales home and the machine date setting was incorrect. Didn't someone here post a BAHAMIAN FAX NUMBER to which the will had been faxed? Barth is in Florida, February 3 was Saturday and they didn't arrive in Florida until Monday evening of February 5.

Attorneys don't just fax wills. In fact, it's unusual. It's usually done by overnight mail.

Second...There had to be a request for it. A phone call, email, fax...because how would he know where to fax it?? There should also be a corresponding in coming call with the matching date wherever it was received.

Faxes usually have Cover Sheets where the date is either typed in or handwritten. We've only see PART of the fax. For all we know, it could be from some other communication and Barth attached it to the will. The will itself might also have notations in the margins. Attorneys are notorious for that. It would indicate: "In answer to your question"....

How did the fax get to the media in the first place. It had to be via Howard. These aren't recorded. They are kept in the files of maker (Anna) and the Attorney who drew it up.

It was just a diversion OR had it gone to probate.

Also, there was an attorney for Daniel's Estate. Where did that go?? Atty. Scott. Howard obviously took that over, too.

If Danny went to a PI, Danny probably had a list of things that bothered him. I hope there's some physical evidence. I'm praying that the PI has a taped conversation or a "Columbo" notebook.
