Attorneys don't just fax wills. In fact, it's unusual. It's usually done by overnight mail.

Second...There had to be a request for it. A phone call, email, fax...because how would he know where to fax it?? There should also be a corresponding in coming call with the matching date wherever it was received.

Faxes usually have Cover Sheets where the date is either typed in or handwritten. We've only see PART of the fax. For all we know, it could be from some other communication and Barth attached it to the will. The will itself might also have notations in the margins. Attorneys are notorious for that. It would indicate: "In answer to your question"....

Agree with all the possibilities and usual and customary behavior involving a will.

During the 'body possession' hearing, one of Virgie's lawyers was making a big deal of the fax date, excuses were made and I thought I remembered someone here coming up with a Bahamian fax number from the Feb. 3 fax. Hoping someone here remembers more details.
