I'm not really understanding the discussion on the alcohol swab?

There are several different infections that can be caused from not cleaning the injection site, that are very serious and can be lethal.

And Dr. Perper made sure to mention that Demerol can be taken in a suppository form.

So, it's anyone's guess what the autopsy will conclude.
