LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The psychiatrist who prescribed all 11 of the drugs found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room after the tabloid star died is under investigation by the Medical Board of California, a spokeswoman for the state agency said on Thursday. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who prescribed more than 1,800 pills and a bottle of the powerful sedative chloral hydrate for Smith in the five weeks before she died of a drug overdose, could lose her medical license if the board finds misconduct on her part.

HOLLYWOOD - An original self-portrait signed by Anna Nicole Smith has been placed on auction Web site eBay with a starting big of $1.7 million.
The unnamed seller has given fans of the tragic model a week to bid for the artwork, and plans to close the sale on April 15.
In the accompanying literature on eBay, he writes, “This is an original painting of Anna Nicole painted by Anna Nicole herself! It is signed by her and the picture is of her lying down naked.
“This is a rare opportunity to own something so personal from Anna Nicole Smith!”
He goes on to state the portrait was painted between 2002 and 2003, adding, “As you can see by her signature, this picture is authentic.”

Hey that is great news...hope they do a real investigation as opposed to the fiasco in fla. and cannot wait for the DNA revelation... finally some things moving forward in this case, yet still so far to go.
